地處黔靈山東門附近，省政府大院內，環境幽雅安靜，出門不遠有公交車站，對面馬路有吃飯的排檔等，酒店不是很新，但房間的床單被套比較新，整體衞生條件不差，給人感覺比較乾淨放心，，無污漬等。早餐比較簡單吃飽喝足沒問題，不足的是，這麼大的一個培訓中心，停車場比較小，有可能找不到停車位，據説地下停車場在整修。總體來説，此處的住宿性價比還是較高的，值得推薦！
