The hotel is very comfortable with spacious room. It is pretty convenient located near Mrt station. It offers a good breakfast. Hotel service was very good. They always provide chrysanthemum tea and red tea at the reception area. I would definitely recommend it.

房間非常棒，乾淨整潔舒適，裝修也很精緻，旅遊累了回酒店休息的非常好。酒店離地鐵站也很近，出行很方便，前台的小唐態度好，耐心解答出行的一些相關疑問。下次來貴陽還住這裏。

一次很不錯入住體驗，新年款限定的房卡套，真的好喜慶，好漂亮，退房還特意要了幾個留作紀念，其次要表揚房間很大，寬廣明亮，周圍也很安靜，住着很舒服，衞生間和淋浴房一門多用很有巧思，點贊👍

中規中矩的酒店
辦理入住的小夥子不錯，至少還有笑容，也能交流。早上退房的給人感覺太過機械和冰冷。
半夜機器人送餓了麼外賣，搞錯房間號（不知道哪間房點了外賣，機器人送來我們房間）半夜三更打了兩個電話進來，早上退房也沒有問一聲或者道個歉。服務還是很欠缺，缺少温度。

房間給安排在電梯旁邊，隔音效果非常差，早晨6點就開始有人用電梯，就一直聽到電梯上下的噪音，整個感覺在工地的睡覺，很不爽。
吹風機也不行，用了幾秒鐘就壞了，前台半天沒送上來，趕時間得頂着濕頭髮出頭。

酒店房間很大，設施齊全，健身房，游泳池也齊備，早攴品種豐富，各種味道偏好都有，酒店外一條大街，各類食店林立，可滿足食吃飯要求。
特別要感謝前台小唐，我們一行6人，玩了8天，有5人生病了，（我們原訂連住二天是優惠價），在網上要求退一天，網上不準退。我們都準備放棄打車走了，幸好前台小唐瞭解我們的狀況後，不停的打電話跟上級溝通，熱心從正式渠道幫我們解決了6人的一天退費。錢雖不多，但體現了貴州人的熱心腸，熱情好客的親切，公正辦事態度。所以要感謝前台小唐，感謝她工作態度認真，對旅客服務至上。我們要給她一個五星贊，讚美她工作認真，實事求是幫旅客解決困難的態度!
每個服務行業的人都有這種工作態度服務精神，肯定會讓所屬單位爭光。

提前一個多月給媽媽姥姥姨媽訂了票錯開五一高峯送她們去貴州玩兒，第一晚到貴陽定的格蘭雲天，沒想到這麼差
衞生：媽媽的房間一掀開被子床上赫然一直斷了腿的死蟑螂，給我媽嚇壞了。她沒立即聯繫我而是找了前台，然後聯繫了酒店前台，酒店給換了一個房間。
大半夜準備睡覺了床品上有死蟑螂真的太噁心了，媽媽説真的把她嚇壞了。今早退房她説大堂經理有找她説送個香水道歉，但是作為酒店連最基本的衞生都搞成這樣真的不是什麼送個小禮物就能解決的。
本來因為自己工作忙，給媽媽姥姥姨媽安排貴州行就很擔心她們吃不好睡不好，定的酒店全程都是四星五星的酒店，沒想到還能出現準備睡覺了掀開被子看到蟑螂這麼糟心的事。送家裡長輩出去玩兒結果第一晚弄成這樣真的很生氣。
