先説缺點：
1. 説來不及打掃，我同意推遲入住時間為16:00。可到了發現還沒打掃。直到18點多才打掃完能入住。
2. 樓下停車場19點前很難停車，我們19點多也是停在地庫通道斜坡上。
3. 有蟑螂，小蟑螂。並不多，但床上、冰箱邊、衣櫃裏、廚房櫃裏都有。可能和有的房客在開放式廚房裡做飯不收拾，還留下辣油有關。
4. 椅子的布面挺臟的，房主應該衹洗了床上用品和洗浴毛巾。
再説優點：
1. 坐地鐵方便
2. 床上用品比較乾淨
3. 雖然蓮蓬壞了，放衣服也不放便，廁所濕的時候有點滑，但熱水不錯。

非常好的體驗，房東很貼心，我們訂了三個房間，房東特意安排了比較近的房間。房間設施舒適，特別是大床很舒服，帶孩子入住，孩子很開心，睡的也踏實。交通便利，出門就是公交和地鐵站，去機場，火車站都可以直達。

很舒心的入住，對於三口之家出遊，選擇民宿是很明智的。驛錦服務周到，設備齊全，方便舒適。地點特別好，出地鐵即到，避免了拖行李找酒店的疲憊。下次去貴陽還會住在這裏。

民宿地處貴陽中心位置，門口就是噴水池地鐵站，走路幾百米就能到天主堂民生路，到高鐵站和機場就是一趟地鐵幾站路，吃住行相當方便，房間清爽乾淨，落地窗外是繁華的貴陽街景，房主也很熱心，知道我們下午六點的航班，讓我們晚點退房，謝謝
