房間環境不錯，在網上看到圖片新中式訂的。
去了之後有些庭院沒有放水，乾的就沒有網上那麼好看。再是有的水都有些臟了。建議定期換水。既然是這個特色就把它經營好。
設施：齊全，常規的都有
衞生：比較乾淨
環境：新中式，院子有的水不乾淨或者有的沒放水
服務：前台服務還可以
早餐就是這兩種砂鍋粉選一種。就在樓下一樓的店子。給早餐券下去選。
喜歡吃別的特色的可以到附近溜達吃。

設施：根本不是攜程上的圖片，各種損壞的，還不修理，花灑漏了，地板翹了，開關鬆了，座機不好用，根本都不修理。
衞生：無法做到床單和衞浴產品一天一換，我們入住後，這個破洞的毛巾就在，第二天還在，陪伴了兩天，説明根本就沒換過，入住時床上有頭髮，根本就沒有徹底打掃或者説沒有做到一客一換！酒店還不提供一次性拖鞋，投訴半天給了幾雙所謂環保的，還不許拿走，笑死😂
服務：差的**，我是攜程白金會員，入住讓我交按金，我們通行的有同程訂的，居然不交？我問為什麼交按金，説攜程已經訂好價格了，怕我有二次消費，所以衹有我收？退按金時候説等我離店了再退，直接跟前台幹起來了，在我督促下，催他們檢查房間，並且明確告知他們房間裏的問題，他們才罷休退款！
另外，早餐券就是花20給你樓下粉麪店的抵扣券，沒有優惠，10塊抵扣10塊，那我拿10元去別的地方吃或者直接給樓下錢有什麼區別？樓下還不找零，合著我帶早餐的房間210，不帶早餐190，我自己花20早餐費還要換成你給的等價不找零的早餐券？
被子，枕頭沒有多餘的，每個床就是兩個枕頭，一床被子，要是旅客不小心弄臟或者需要替換，對不起沒有！
服務態度，差的**，就是一副我就這樣，多餘的沒有，多一點服務就要錢那德行，我們訂了三間房兩天，給六張停車券，説用完了就需要付費了，請問哪個酒店所謂停車是這麼算的？
最後，我們要開發票，這個垃圾店家還要挾我們發好評才給開，你***的玩意，你這種垃圾酒店趕緊倒閉吧，別出來給貴陽丟人了！

雖然門臉小，但是房間100多我非常滿意，衞生乾淨，來旅遊租的車還有停車場，去哪都方便，還有早餐，A區挺好還有陽台

在市區住到這麼有特色的酒店非常的驚喜，環境也是一絕，拍照巨出片，衞生也打掃得很乾凈，推薦庭院房，坐在庭院裏看小魚仔游來游去，也是一種愜意

房間比較陳舊，位置不好找，最搞笑的是沒有網，我一直用自己的網，結果房間信號很差，打個語音電話都短5-6次，衞生間的淋浴器也是壞的，水很小還到處跑，洗個澡就是一個戰鬥，暈，被騙，怎麼這麼高的分數，最後走的時候還不退按金，説你走吧，會還給你的，我説為什麼，説是沒人查房，我説必須現在退按金，結果在電梯口等了15分鐘，才答應退給我。怎麼這麼差的。

前台小姐姐，什麼訊息都説不清楚，包括但不限於停車場（地上or地下，位置，如何收費），前台樓層（攜程寫的5層，實際在A層），餐廳訊息（攜程寫的早餐免費，實際是給早餐券去樓下砂鍋粉），房間裏沒有wifi也不提前説，問才説是當天壞的，維修師傅得第二天才來，讓我們克服下……這麼巧？？？
同時，攜程寫的免費停車，前台表示，住兩天衹能給1張停車券免1次，如果一直進出停車場，就不免費了，本來我們預訂了兩天，這些點加一起讓我們對這個酒店徹底失望，提前一天退房了！
以上訊息都是我們一遍遍打前台電話，一遍遍去前台問的，工作人員什麼都不提前説，感覺像第一天來的一樣，體驗感極差！！！
