優點:位於花果園中央商務區，景色確實不錯，地標景。吃飯樓下特別多選擇，而且馬路對面就是商場。
缺點:整個中央商務區魚龍混雜，各種人亂亂的。衞生不行，睡了一晚才發現有蟲子在枕頭下，但前台處理很及時。房間內飾也很老舊，隔音很差
