Breakfast is really terible, don't pay for it, it's waste of money. You have a lot of restaurants around the hotel, just go downstairs. Room was clean and the view is nice, isolation is good. Also the bad thing was that reception is not in the same building, so when our room card didn't work, we were going downstairs to go to another building to fix it. A few hotels are sharing the same building, so you can compare only the price and rooms, ,location is the same.

坐了電梯還要爬樓。辦理入住的地方和住宿分開的。有點遠。很不方便。酒店環境還不如錦江之星。第一次入住。也是最後一次。體驗感太差了

入住那天看了一下攜程比官網便宜然後就從攜程訂了房間 到了前台辦理入住 我問白金會員可以送早餐嗎 （前台回答不可以 他們酒店早餐不送 如果預訂景觀大床就送早餐）意思就是得貴才送唄？那鉑濤會員體系拿來幹嘛用的 衹抓新客不管老客？後來我用手機號撥打前台電話 我説官網和攜程價格不一樣攜程便宜很多 我説官網預訂不了含早餐的房間 然後我再問：那我訂豪華大床給你點好評送早餐嗎 前台説可以送！！！！！！！然後我給前台説了我的房間號 前台問我是不是已經入住了 我説是 然後前台立馬又説不送了 這個是重點。 我是哪兒招惹你前台小姐了？你就這個態度？？？我沒欠你麗楓錢吧？？？手機號問你你就送 是因為你覺得我還沒有入住酒店？ 然後我報了房間號你就立馬變臉不送 ！！！！ 嗯？挺雙標啊。有麗楓在的城市我都會選麗楓 這次這家麗楓真的讓我噁心至極！

昨天11點多入住比較晚，奔波一天也很疲累，400多訂了個房間。到了告訴我們要爬一層樓梯才能到房間。我提着箱子當時就麻了，然後服務員見我們不情願，就換了個不用爬樓梯的房間。昨晚入住的時候我就跟前台説了，第二天如果退房延時了怎麼收費的，她説30一小時，我説🉑。你們交接班是沒有交代嗎？今天中午一個兩個電話的打讓我2點退房，吵醒我兩次，我就想好好睡個覺休息好而已，這麼難嗎？！真是搞心態。我經常出差第一次給酒店差評，真是神煩。

住過最差的酒店，周邊環境很差，住的商務大床房，攜程還給升級的房間，在16 樓電梯到15樓，步梯上16樓，16樓感覺就是個閣樓，樓道很矮，幾乎碰到頭很壓抑，進入房間馬上要下兩個台階。不去一百多快錢的招待所
