廁所有異味，凌晨入住的，平台顯示退房時間是中午1點，從11點老闆一直在外面問我們多久走，問了四五次，説她好打掃衞生，大家能避雷就避雷！千萬別來！！房卡上面直接貼有密碼，一點都不安全！

衞生差！夜間睡覺會癢醒，第二天一起來起來就身上有好多丘疹，本來是想好好溝通自己修整改進，結果衞生阿姨還拒不承認，還把原因歸結到顧客身上！態度極差！又沒讓你賠償態度還差。已向觀山湖區衞生健康局反應，再有類似情況就等着關門吧！！！

房間整潔度可以，但洗漱用品有待提高，另外房間網絡也不行，直接不能用，浴室裏洗髮水喝沐浴露都沒有，熱水也時有時無
