衞生：被單上有污漬，被子還有破洞，房間有一股子黴味，廁所有臭味，排氣扇一直開着都散不了
環境：外面是小巷光線昏暗，街道也臟臟的。夜間偶爾有嘈雜聲
服務：一般，沒怎麼和前台説話
設施：一次性用品都有。大房間燈6排3排壞的，小房間衹有壁燈，很暗
體驗感很差，唯一好處就是離火車站近（800米左右）。不會再來。

從火車站出來下一個地下通道再上來就是非常近，大概200米房子是很老那種裝修，但還是比較寬敞的，我住的房子是有沙發和小桌子的，吃飯也比較方便，老闆很熱情，很有耐心，作為中轉的地方住着不太貴，也還可以吧。樓下的小吃店和水果店有點坑，那些老闆一看就特別特別的精明，如果你玩不過人家就不要從人家那買東西了。

酒店的確很舊，這價格看起來應該是漲了，空調放在床頭上面，不過好像不斷電，回來可以直接涼快，有點火車站周邊的氛圍，不過晚上週邊環境還是安靜的

就是一個老舊的店。室內破舊、異味很大、空調沒有遙控、床頭衹有一個充電口、床墊像二三十年前那種彈簧床墊，非常難受。不知道好評和照片那麼明亮怎麼做到的。如果幾十塊錢還可以湊合接受吧……

酒店裡麪的房間設施一般，衞生還可以，酒店外面的環境有些亂，在一個巷子裏面，要過一個地下通道才能找到，但是酒店離貴陽火車站很近，出了地下通道就是貴陽站的站前廣場，就5分鐘的路程，環城公交車站就在站前廣場，乘坐1路環線公交車約一個小時，可以看到貴陽的城市風貌。另外，酒店離二七美食街很近，吃飯很方便，美食街上很乾凈，有貴陽的各種美味小吃。酒店的價格便宜，對於對環境要求不太高的人來説，住在五新商務酒店性價比較高。

酒店位置好交通方便，離火車站地鐵站就是120米，坐1路車去黔靈山公園。服務周到，酒店乾淨衞生。可以免費寄存行李。值得推薦。

酒店距離貴陽火車站很近，衹有200米吧。火車站坐地鐵和公交出行非常方便。房間衞生條件可以，對得起這個價格。
