The underground parking lot is terrible. It doesn't feel like a hotel parking lot at all. It feels like walking into the garbage parking lot of an abandoned old and dilapidated residential building that is about to go bankrupt. And the hotel elevator is too narrow and the waiting time is very long. The ladies at the hotel front desk are very responsible and enthusiastic, but the hotel's hardware really makes it hard to feel that this is the kind of facilities that a hotel that costs more than 1,000 yuan a night should have. We booked three rooms, and it only includes one breakfast. When we took a taxi to eat out, even the local driver said that for the price of this hotel, it is recommended to call the complaint number of Guizhou Culture and Tourism directly. I advise everyone to consider the hotel price when coming to Guiyang. Although it is market-regulated, it is also self-defeating to treat tourists as suckers. I have stayed in many hotels, and judging by the hotel's facilities alone, it is just a little better than a fast hotel. The room is clean, but there is still a bit of the smell of decoration materials.

雖然是新酒店，但是沒有多少味道，希爾頓惠庭味道太大，退了換過來，去哪裡也都很方便，桔子的服務是真的沒得挑，酒店延續桔子水晶的風格，洗衣服的服務也衹有桔子能做的這麼好,會幫忙烘乾了送房間，直接又續住了二晚。

房間非常舒服，非常滿意！前台孫經理給我推薦了很多好吃的打卡地，我們去了幾個真的確實富有當地特色，好吃得很。 阿姨打掃得很細心，基本每天都會換床單床套，還幫我收拾了亂放的化粧品，我每天玩得盡興疲憊後回到酒店，看到這種乾淨的環境，真的好舒心。

很失望的一次體驗，入住第一天前台給了我一間八樓的房間，到了房間門口房門確是反鎖的，叫了服務員來，也沒解決，真的挺嚇人，最終換了六樓的房間，住了三天房間每天也不打掃，每次出去玩好回來，客房服務員才來敲門問要不要打掃，就請問我們出去一整天了，都沒時間打掃嗎？就每次等我們回來再來問需不需要打掃衞生，真的服了。

驚喜入住體驗！感謝貴陽桔子水晶酒店前台小姐姐的貼心推薦，步行僅800米就嚐到了地道貴陽味火爆的「貴廚」酸湯牛肉！地鐵就在附近，出行超省心；  早餐超豐富，喚醒清晨味蕾；來貴陽玩選這兒準沒錯，吃喝住行一鍵拿捏！

設施：新開的酒店，設施都還挺新的 衞生：每天都可以叫打掃 環境：乾淨，整潔 服務：服務挺好，每個服務員見面都會微笑打招呼，有問題都可以及時解決，特別是前台的素素姑娘，服務好，有親和力，住這個酒店後面一條小吃街都可以吃東西，很方便，出門就可以打到車，去哪裡都不遠。
