Guiyang Guanshanhu MixC Atour Hotel

I have stayed in many cities' Atour, and this one is ranked in the top three for the experience. I didn't want to leave after staying for two days... It's the first choice for traveling in Guiyang. What I want to praise the most is the front desk service. The check-in was handled by a brother with the work number "Leto" and a sister with the work number "Muqing". They were smiling all the time, and provided all kinds of considerate services. The service efficiency was particularly high. Whether it was check-in, delivery, or check-out, they were all quick and never made me wait for a minute. During the stay, the guests' needs were met as much as possible, and the detail control expressed great satisfaction~ Then there is hygiene, which is what I care about most. The air is fresh when you enter the door. Although it is a new hotel that officially opened for check-in in May, there is no smell at all. The sheets and quilts feel fluffy and just changed. The glass door and toilet seat of the bathroom are polished and bright, which makes people feel comfortable. The air conditioning should be turned on to 21 degrees to cool down the fastest (the waiter told me). The design of the bedside socket is very reasonable and smart. Compared with the old decoration of Atour, I prefer this version of decoration. The shower water pressure is sufficient and it is very comfortable to take a bath. Next to it is the subway station and the MixC Mall. Takeout is delivered by robots. I ate ice cream, tea mountain, and sticky rice at the hotel these two days. At night, I walked 700 meters to eat Yangji Huzi barbecue (the happiness of having a popular barbecue restaurant next to the hotel...) Next time I come to Guiyang, I will choose to stay here. I hope I can still get the attentive and meticulous service of the brothers and sisters at the front desk~ You are doing a great job! It's pretty good. I stayed in a family room with 3 friends. It's very suitable. The honey black tea is delicious. The location is right in the Karst Square. There are many delicious foods nearby. You don't have to queue up to go to Chashan and Yibei Town. There is also a Karst Park, which is also very nice to take a small walk. The attitude of the lady and brother at the front desk is very good. They also gave me a souvenir when I left, thank you ((*^∀^))

A very good hotel experience, from the warm reception at the front desk when checking in, and the free room upgrade, to the overtime check-out the next day, there was no urging at all. The hotel is very clean and tidy, the wireless charging on the bedside table is also very considerate, and the view is very good, with an entire karst park outside the window💯

這家店屬於貴陽的新區，應該是個新店，整個設施都很新，樓下就有kfc，點外賣很方便。但是由於是在新區離老城區的景點還是有點距離，比如去甲秀樓雖然可以坐地鐵但是地鐵下來要走20分鐘路程，第一天我們晚上在甲秀樓根本打不到車，20分鐘走到地鐵站之後又花了40分鐘打車才回到酒店，真的還是挺累的。 服務有待加強，第一天入住就等了接近2個小時，雖然是寫的2點以後可入住但是幾乎不可能，因為他們的會員2點，4點，6點皆可退房。然後第一天我把床上的床單收到了沙發上，後面的幾天沙發的東西就沒有動過了，雖然我沒有讓客房打掃重新鋪床的意思，但是至少你可以疊一下吧。接近700一晚上我感覺略有不值。

酒店就在萬象滙旁邊，購物吃飯都很方便。樓下有個喀斯特公園，裏面有很多喀斯特地貌的石山，吃完飯逛一逛還挺不錯。離酒店幾百米有地鐵站，出門很方便。客服圈圈還給我們發了一份酒店附近交通，吃飯，和貴陽景點的ppt，對遊客很有用。酒店設施都比較新，房間也挺大。總體還不錯。

雙床房房間不是很大，然後開的一間窗户有點小被遮擋，隔音一般，隔壁説話吵鬧聽的很清楚，暑假房價1000多，挺高的，然後空調聲音很大影響睡眠，其他都挺好，工作人員態度挺好，見到客人都會打招呼。
