The first stop in Guiyang was the New Hotel. I would like to especially thank the front desk girl, Xiao Li. I arrived in Guiyang by high-speed train early in the morning and was exhausted from the journey. Xiao Li saw that I was with my child and helped me find an empty room for us to check in early and have a rest. We had a very comfortable stay.

I have been traveling frequently in recent years, but this is the only one I can't help but complain about. Service: The service attitude is really problematic. I wanted to ask about the latest check-out time before checking out, but there was a queue at the front desk. I finally waited for another front desk lady. After a lukewarm reply, she started to operate the computer and left us aside. After I confirmed again, she reluctantly said that we could stay until 2 o'clock. In addition, I originally booked three nights in this hotel, but the room type was not the same. I was too lazy to move my things. After I clearly asked if I could pay the difference and continue to stay, the reply said that the room type I booked was full, but later I checked the original page and it was not full. This room type is still available! And I didn't see the greeting from the front desk lady when I went in and out. It's still quite cold. Facilities: Because we booked an all-in-one room, the room facilities are relatively complete, but when we checked in, we found that the washbasin was cracked. Hygiene: The hygiene looks okay, but there is a bad smell in the hallway when we pass by, and there is also a faint smell of decoration in the corridor of the room Environment: The hotel is on the roadside, and because the floor is not high, the sound of traffic at night is quite noisy In addition, the water temperature in the room is not very stable, it is a bit hot and cold, the suite has only one proper bed, and if there is one more person, you can only sleep on the sofa bed outside. There are two TVs in one room, and the one outside cannot cast the screen, and it has few built-in channels; finally, the dryer in the laundry room of this hotel is particularly bad. If you happen to encounter peak hours, you have to wait for a dryer to die!

Came to Guiyang to watch David Tao's concert, and chose the Hilton Hotel on Beijing Road. It is on the way from Guiyang East Station to Olympic Sports Center, with convenient transportation and a subway station right at the door. The newly renovated sanitary facilities are excellent, the service is warm and thoughtful, and meticulous! Great! Especially since there is a sofa bed, you can rest assured when bringing your children to stay here!

Overall, the hotel experience was really great. The only drawback is that the parking lot needs to be improved, but the service experience this time was really great. Lily at the front desk asked about my room requirements very considerately and upgraded my room. The hotel environment is also great. I quite like this style.
