I think this place deserve 4++ stars at least. if you're looking for a low price homestay with a decent room and location, this place is for you. The one who owns the homestay is a super nice person, he was trying his best to fulfill our needs.
This place is near to Shachong lu station exit A , which is just one station away from guiyang railway station , super easy access to foods and tourist attractions.
For this price, I don't have anything to complain really, worth the price !
There's a small bbq cafe opened by the boss one the 5th floor, the environment is quite nice, especially the lemon drinks made by the boss, super refreshing !

Good location of 100m walk from metro station and bus stops,1 stop from Guilin Station, quiet city area. 10 mins bus ride to scenic spots, Park ,Historic Old walking street, night markets etc. Homestay unit is hotel turned homestay, which hotel room is comfortable, hot water shower, clean sheets, water boiler and dispenser for coffee. Wifi is available in common area and of certain hours. Host is helpful, enthusiastic, friendly and room is great pricing for backpackers! Safe choice for Solo female backpacker definitely value for money. Highly recommend!

I could store my luggage there, so I went out to play without worry. Around 5 o'clock in the afternoon, the boss contacted me to ask when I would be back so that he could arrange a room for me. At 6:40, he called me to say that the previous tenant **** couldn't leave, and we had to change hotels. However, the boss was very friendly and took the initiative to help find a hotel. He also said that he would cover the extra room fee, so I agreed. It's just that there happened to be a music festival on the 3rd, and other hotel rooms were almost booked. I kept looking, and the boss was also looking. Finally, we found a hotel, and the boss drove us there himself and made sure we had a room before leaving. It’s really hard to describe the room we found temporarily. How should I put it? I don’t know much else, but the boss has a very nice attitude and is very responsible.
