The apartment itself is nice and clean. Check-in is confusing but the owner is extremely helpful! The window is not sealed so its SUPER cold in the winter, and the AC heating is not strong, we had to go to a hotel for our remaining nights. I’m sure this apartment is nice in the summer.

The check-in experience was very poor and the hygiene was even worse. It made me feel psychologically depressed about staying in a hotel. When I entered the room, I felt it was okay. But as soon as I lifted the quilt, it was so disgusting that I immediately asked the boss to change the room. How can I allow guests to check in with such sanitary conditions? After the previous guest checked out, he arranged for new guests to check in without doing any cleaning. If I hadn't booked on Ctrip and passed the cancellation conditions, I would never have stayed in this hotel.
