前台人員服務態度不錯。在得知我們快到時，提前打開空調製暖。然而是沒有太大的作用，後來又問了問前台，説是空調會制暖一會時間，停機除霜，然後再製暖工作。反正我腳一晚上沒有暖熱😓房間是中央空調，説是原定的大床房由於空調還沒有修好，免費給我們升級了影音房和麻將房。一大家子人，長者和孩子分開在兩個樓層。
到酒店附近，找不到酒店，聯繫酒店加了前台VX，導航不能直接導攜程上的位置，要導航另外一個地方。然後可以進入地下車庫到C座位置後，上三樓前台辦理入住。一看酒店名字，説是換名字了。
麻將房房間是夠大，分別隔開衞生間，浴盆間，淋浴間。但水温不行。洗漱台的水温倒是挺熱的。影音房就像是個夾層似的。家裡男人180的身高，快頂到頭了。
索性整體衞生也還可以，沒有發現什麼。前台送了小零食。服務態度很好，有問必答，提供有花茶。
整體裝修有些年頭了。
同一棟樓有很多酒店，民宿，公寓這些。附近外賣也挺方便，可能點餐時間稍晚一點，加上雨天，送餐時間會長一點。
建議還是好好整改一下硬件設施吧。唯一的好印象，全靠前台服務態度在支撐。

環境真的非常棒，地理位置方便，房間乾淨寬敞。床品非常舒適，枕頭睡着非常舒服，床墊也是五星級酒店的標準，睡一天腰都不酸，問酒店要連結，可惜是公司採購的。酒店的服務也非常到位，推薦大家來這裏住宿！

服務特別周到，耐心，房間乾淨，整潔，特別寬敞。。推薦家庭成員一起來，停車也特別方便，地庫很大。附近各種吃的也特別多，不管是旅遊工作，出差，都是非常合適入住的，酒店的工作人員也是非常細心，服務態度還好。
特別是那床真的睡起來很舒服，還有各類花茶品可以自己泡，很不錯。。。
