酒店位置很好找，從高鐵站出來走通往夢想城的地下通道，有到酒店的標識，很容易就可以找到金北酒店。我們一開始定的一個小房間，但是小孩想看電視，於是跟老闆溝通後補了一點差價換了一個帶投影的影音智能房間，結果出奇意料的驚喜，新的房間真的太棒了，小孩非常喜歡智能操控和大投影。以後來貴陽還會選這裏。

衞生好，住過很多酒店，這是唯一一家配了一次性馬桶套的。落地窗視野開闊，可以看到外面的萬家燈火。前台小姐姐很温柔，態度特別好。設施齊全，洗漱台和廁所分離，有穿衣鏡。還有就是電視機開了會員。很多酒店的電視機就是擺設。

沒空調，沒窗。雜東西有一些，看起來很像雜物間。。。。。。床邊沒有可充手機的的插座，廁所洗浴超小，但有一個洗衣機，但是沒有洗衣液，沒用，這房子衹能算個臨時落腳的，售價也不算便宜，去其他民宿店會更好。

我衹能説不推薦，同價位的完全可以選擇更好的！晚上十一點多到了，在大堂看到有個金北酒店的接待台牌子，在他詢問之後，帶到了5樓，然後旁邊的房間都是還在裝修的狀態，進入一間屋子，感覺是隔間，懶得寫了，一言難盡，唯一就是離高鐵站近

#衞生把椅子拉開還有上個客人奶茶吸管袋子，不過其他地方衞生還行。#服務店家還算可以，需要多牙刷，店家的小朋友幫忙拿#位置交通應該是貴陽北站最近酒店之一，那片酒店非常多，同一個樓裏🈶20家左右酒店#房間設施裝修比較新，問題是下水道沒有隔音，晚上11點我們被隔壁或者樓上用水下水道聲音吵醒，第二天早上6點又被吵醒，貌似洗手枱和浴室下水道聲音，特別晚上響了差不多40-50分鐘，奔潰，可能這就是最大問題了。不過，房間1.5米*2，床大，床墊很舒服，我們兩大兩小終於睡了一個舒服覺，枕頭衹有2個如果一共四個就更完美了。

這個差評，是店家自己憑實力要到的。兩天3間房，冷水停電，是我歷史住過最差的房，還幫升級+120元的費用。第一天晚上入住，3個房間都是冷水，到第二天早上還是冷水，當時貴州晚上衹有16°，洗着冷水澡。其中一個房間的浴室洗澡水還溢出，整個房間像個水塘一樣，掛在浴室洗護用品架子還突然掉了，差點就扎到腳，反饋沒人處理，第二天一如既往。第二晚，熱水算是弄好了（其中一間房還是冷水）房間10點半停電了，當時通知酒店人員處理，等了20分鐘衹來了物業，物業員還慢悠悠的從遠處邊玩手機邊跟我説，你家跳閘了，連續説了3遍，還問我閘門在哪裡？我説不知道他還説你不知道我也不知道，就調頭走了，當時我還濕着頭剛洗的澡，十幾度站在門口等了半個小時，等來了一個不處理的物業。後來，繼續給酒店打電話，物業又回來了，11點半才通電。這時候酒店人員才過來跟我們“誠懇”的道歉。我們訴説加錢更受罪了，她還一直跟我們解釋電為什麼停，水為什麼冷？還哭腔怕我們差評？見軟的不行，就來硬，我們提到要退錢，她直接就建議今晚全額退款給我們，讓我們晚上12點出去重新找酒店。想給錢，受氣又受罪，分分鐘大半夜趕你出門的，就訂這家吧。

1、酒店在16樓，到了16樓後有個前台但是沒有人（圖一），打了電話才知道辦理入住要到一樓，而一樓沒有任何金北酒店的標識（圖二）
2、在除了我之外沒有任何人辦理的情況下，從給證件辦理到給我房卡用了十二分鐘
3、房間辦理好了，在16樓上面的夾層，我提了三個行李箱爬了一層樓
4、到了房間後，我竟然發現和我預訂的房型不符，打電話後才知道房間給錯了，然後又提着三個行李箱走下樓梯，是樓梯！（圖三）
5、到了換好的房間了，因為提行李箱爬樓梯太累口渴想喝水，房間裏有兩個被喝過的空水瓶，是空水瓶！（圖四）
6、因為入住得比較晚，不然我肯定取消訂單了，我寧願睡我車上
