This stay exceeded our expectations. It was the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Guiyang. The lobby was beautifully decorated, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. I especially want to commend Lili and Lanlan for their exceptional service. They even provided us with excellent Guizhou travel assistance during our stay, which was beyond our expectations. The breakfast was also very generous and open until 1:00 p.m. There's a subway station downstairs, making transportation very convenient. I added their WeChat and they sent me an amazing travel guide. They were so thoughtful! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Guiyang. Hotel location is good and the room size is reasonable. But the main issue is the Breakfast timing and items not even on the table after 7am. There are very limited varieties to choose from. Overall, the breakfast is very ordinary and being a four star hotel is a shame. We also made a request two days ago to get dropped at the train station. The driver was on time at the reception but he was unfriendly and unprofessional even we said thanks many times , but he did not bother to accept our appreciation. The driver needs training to be online with the reputation of the hotel
