Guilin Xiufeng District Hotels

Very good hotel! Impressed with how convenient the location is - right next to the night markets so easy to get food and shopping. Receptionists were super helpful and used translations to communicate :)

The reception is good! The first day we arrived, he saw us took a lot of things from the car, even we haven’t check in or whatever, he came out and try to help us to take it! Super nice, kind, and helpful guy!!!

Very nice hotel with great location and rooftop pool and terrace with amazing views of river and mountains. The staff was friendly but not a lot of people at the front desk spoke English. We also had a breakfast which was quite good. I would recommend to add some western choices like pancakes, ham, cheese, yogurt bowls.

When I first arrived I was quite disappointed that my room didn't look much at all like the photos on the listing. My one recommendation is that this is updated so that people have appropriate expectations... However, I could not help but enjoy my stay here. Overall the hotel felt exceptionally good value, laundry was done for me and I had access to a scooter. Breakfast tea and coffee all included as well. Xiaoming is also a fantastic and attentive host, who seems to look after all his guests well.

We had a very nice stay. Staffs are very friendly and nearby places are easily accessible . Overall it was wonderful experience here. If you plan north Guilin it’s a perfect place to have vacation . Hotel even can customise prepare food , if you really need ask the staffs.

The reception lady was so gentle and gentle haha, the service attitude was very good, the hotel environment was also very good, there was a playground for children downstairs, I also wanted to play haha, I chose a Kulomi-themed room, very atmospheric! ! ! As soon as I entered, there was a Tmall Elf service, and I realized that I was lying flat. The room was very clean and there was a large bathtub. You can take a bath and watch a movie! ! The bed is so comfortable. I lie on the bed and be surrounded by soft pillows and quilts and Kulomi. It is so comfortable. I don’t want to get up at all. Hahaha. There is also a 24-hour butler service. You can ask where there are delicious food and various travel guide services. Lazy people can not use online guides! ! And you can see the landscape when you open the window! There is also a buffet breakfast, highly recommended, will come next time! !

Thanks to holiday inn express 3days service towards my family's. I feel grateful the room and all service is good. Particularly i like the breakfast buffet mix asian and western style. And the free laundry service.

I had a wonderful two-night stay at this hotel in Guilin. The service was exceptional—from the front desk to the coffee shop, and even the housekeeping staff, everyone was warm, attentive, and professional. The hotel made my visit to Guilin even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

View: The hotel is right next to the famous Li River which has been extolled by poets across the centuries. In the morning you can see the sun rising from Guiling’s unique mountains. Cleanliness: spotlessly clean. Service: The staff is polite. There was some hold up at check in but nothing worth nitpicking on. Facilities: As a local I highly recommend the Chinese noodle at breakfast table. Other food is typical international fusion with a Chinese blend. The pool and the gym is a bit small, nice if you have to keep yourself at shape during travel but leaves room for more. The executive lounge is a bit rundown and old-fashioned compared to the rest of the hotel. The cafe at lobby level has an elegant minimalistic atmosphere.

The hotel is in the heart of the city , right next to the Zhengyang Pedestrian Street. Also walking distance to the elephant trunk hill and Jingjiang Princes' Palace. Very convenient. The hotel room itself was very clean and comfortable with both coffee and Chinese tea available. I would like to compliment all the staff who served us during our two separate day’s stay. They were so friendly and helpful. They arranged the tea to be served in our room when we returned to hotel at night as it was inclusive in our package. The heartwarming part was when we had to check out very early to catch the train they asked us to pick up some food from the breakfast buffet to take with us. I would like to especially thank 小燕， 媚媚，and 娜娜for making our trip memorable. We will certainly come back if we return to Guilin in the near future.
