Hygiene: Compared with other hotels, it is relatively clean and hygienic. Environment: The decoration style is minimalist, black and white, very comfortable, and it is a decoration style that young people like. Service: The service is not bad (the staff will call the customer on the same day to confirm the customer's information and confirm when to check in). I did not see the management or cleaning staff during the whole process, and it is friendly to people with social fears. I like the sofa in the room, complete facilities and excellent location (in the urban area, very close to Elephant Trunk Hill). Disadvantages: There was a strong smell of smoke when entering the room. The water cups and mouthwash cups were recycled glass cups and ceramic cups (the ceramic cups were obviously yellowed). There were small chips on the bedside table in the room (as shown in the picture) . suggestion: 1. After each customer checks out, please open the windows to ventilate the room to disperse the smell while the cleaning staff is cleaning (especially if the room smells of smoke, confirm that there is no smell before letting the next customer check in). 2. Cleaning staff should pay attention to the cleanliness of the counter table. 3. It is recommended to replace mouthwash cups and drinking cups with disposable items. 4. Pay attention to changing the fragrance.
