The hotel is located by the beautiful Rong Lake, with a superior geographical location. You can enjoy the scenery at any time. The hotel has complete supporting facilities, the lobby and restaurant are elegant and chic, the guest rooms are clean and sanitary, and the service is particularly thoughtful, especially the receptionist Meng Yan at the front desk. She is beautiful and kind, and her warm and thoughtful service made us feel at home. Next time we come, we will stay at Guilin Hotel again. It is cheap and good quality, and it is worth it!

The hotel's appearance is indeed grand and beautiful. It has large columns, shiny chandeliers and a huge hall fit for taking a great Instagram photo. The front desk staff welcomed us and quickly checked us in. Our room looked just like the photos, although I think I would have loved a room on the 8th floor more because it seems to have a patio. The rooms were clean but the room for the toilet could do with some dusting. There is an ironing board and iron in the room as well as teabags and a kettle. The location is great to ride a scooter bike to go see the Sun and Moon towers- it takes about 15minutes of riding to get there. You can also ride to see Ronghu Mansion in about 12 minutes. The hotel can arrange private tours or assist you to get on tour groups to see Longji and Yangshuo. We didn't use those options so we took a train from Guilin West railway station to Yangshuo. The ride to the railway station from the hotel took about 30 minutes and from the railway to Yangshuo railway, only 22 minutes at 78¥( in the Business class cabin). Guilin railway station is much closer to the hotel though. We had our laundry done but ensure that you indicate the items you want to get washed because if they do it for you there might be miscalculation which you might have to accept. There was a good variety for breakfast here as well. The dining hall overlooks the swimming pool. It would have been nice to have breakfast or drinks by the pool but they seem to close the pool a bit early and we aren't really allowed to take food outside of the restaurant but it was a good staycation. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. I would definitely stay here again

This hotel is the closest place to Ronghu Lake and Shanhu Lake and close to the urban area. The scenery is first-class at night, and it is very pleasant to take a walk at night! There are also swimming pools that children like. It is estimated that there will be an epidemic this year, and there is no popular situation in the past! Right across from Elephant Park Scenic Area. The manager Alice speaks English and was very helpful. I got upgraded to a room with a view, which was very nice. I also bought the “extras package” which included a fruit plate, drinks, and a 1 1/2 hour visit to the park with a photographer. He doesn’t get paid by the hotel, but you can choose 5 photos free and then pay 20 rmb for the other ones you like. He knows all the angles and places, although I wish I had more time in the park just on my own. Breakfast is good, with DIY noodles and everything you would expect. The room was clean and spacious. I came in too late for the pick up service, but was given 50 rmb of my 100 rmb fare reimbursed. There is a nice rooftop bar on top! I would recommend for sure. Especially if you are just there for the night.

A particularly surprising experience. It was raining lightly on the day of check-in, and the handsome staff member Xiao Xie came out to pick us up in advance despite the rain. He helped carry my luggage along the way. When I checked in, he saw that I was traveling with an elderly person and he thoughtfully helped me upgrade my room for free. The hotel is located in the scenic area and the scenery is great. Although it is slightly inconvenient to get in and out, the experience is very special. The historical stories explained by the lady at the front desk were also very interesting, and the staff were all great👍👍👍

The accommodation was lovely. It's a small trip in to town. It's possible to rent electric scooters and go in. The room was very spacious, neat and clean. They left a small welcoming gift which was appreciated. There are lots of cool things to see in the resort area, as well as little scenic pathways to walk just next to it. Breakfast was okay. On the second morning it was late and most food had not been prepared yet, even though they said breakfast is served from 7am. Some of us were waiting for the food in order to leave early for our next destination.

It’s great that I can park for free when traveling by car with my friends. I also upgraded the room type for free. There are bathrobes and disinfected slippers, especially the slippers, which makes me feel super at ease! The hotel is 21 years old and needs to be registered on the 8th floor. Ctrip arranged a pick-up for the car, and the lady at the front desk came down to help with the luggage after the driver delivered it, very considerate. The hotel is about 6 kilometers away from Xiangshan Scenic Area, and 5 kilometers away from Dongxi Lane, but the Vientiane City is downstairs, which is very convenient. The room is very clean, the configuration materials are very new, and the glass tiles are all polished and reflective. I like that it is equipped with a bathtub. The layout is very thoughtful. Because it is a festival, I told the front desk in advance and rolled two little swans for us. The smart toilet is very advanced and good. The caterpillar sofa in the room is simply YYDS! It was already night in Guilin, and I just sat on the sofa and didn't want to get up! comfortable~~ The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and it is comfortable to sleep, but the four-piece set is a bit rough. From 8:30 to 9:30 in the evening, the restaurant at the front desk has sugar water and red wine. A little suggestion: the bathtub is very clean, but it will look better with a bathtub cover. The hotel has changed the bath brand from L’Occitane, and the hair is a bit dry after washing. It is recommended to compare several brands. Overall, I am very satisfied, and the service is very good!
