應該是新裝修的，環境很新，有化粧鏡、智能馬桶、電動窗簾，酒店的中央空調製熱特別快，晚上睡覺一點也不會冷！！酒店樓下就是萬象城，吃的喝的都很方便，晚上八點還會提供銀耳糖水。離店也有送機服務！

位置挺好，樓下萬象城購物吃飯都很方便，但酒店衞生一般，床單還有黃色污跡，衞生都做不好其它一切都沒用，照片不是很清晰仔細看能看出來不同

房間乾淨，有贈送的水果和飲料，樓下就是萬象城，吃飯購物都很方便，打開窗簾就是甲天下的桂林美景！樓下電瓶車很多，掃一個想去哪個景區都很方便。我們的航班是半夜12點落地，酒店安排了專車接機，非常感謝！

去過二次，第一次去酒店還知道提前打電話確認我幾點到派出接，結果第二次沒人理，第一次去大堂有紅酒自助也不告訴在哪裡也就算了，第二次最糟心，住的客房905大白天下面舞蹈能吵死讓人無法休息不説，第二天早上一大早六點多下面就裝修打電鑽能把人吵死，聯繫客服半天沒人理，一個小時以後才有人回覆説早就知道了，明知道有裝修也不提前告知一下，最後換了一個909房間裏面連瓶水都沒有，更不要説374的房費裏面還帶着下午有甜品，第一次入住沒有看到，第二次也是，就這樣的服務還好意思收這麼多錢，真的太失望了，一點服務理念都沒有

衞生：很乾凈
設施：馬桶是智能的，窗簾可以遙控
環境：酒店就在萬象城樓上，逛街吃飯很方便，雖然在鬧市一點也不吵
服務：鉑舍微管家服務很周到，我社恐，不太喜歡和陌生人面對面交流，這種在微信上有什麼需要和他們説，很符合我的心意。
我的衣服丟在酒店了，幫我收好幫我寄回，非常棒

誤車了臨時找的，當天桂林因為舉辦馬拉松很多酒店都漲價了，這家沒漲且性價比最高，很乾凈很新也寬敞，吃飯逛街都很方便
