"I live in Jeonju, but my relatives came on a trip and booked accommodations, and everyone was satisfied.
It’s a great location to see Jeonju Hanok Village!
Even though it is in the middle of Hanok Village, it is not noisy,
You can feel the charm of an old hanok.
The mat on the floor is soft so my back doesn’t hurt.
The second floor was a little taller than expected, but it was very cozy to sleep in.
It was better because both children and adults could stay together."

"First time in a Hanok house and it was perfect. Friendly owner, hotel has a free parking. Near village, restaurants and stores. I love the room and it was amazing sleep in a traditional room. I recommend bring your pillow because tradicional pillow is just a little hard. Room is very clean, silent and comfortable."

BBri.LAn unforgettable stay! Everything was meticulously designed, from the large bathtub, the massage chair, the projector, the geneva speaker, the rotating tv etc.. A truly seamless experience👍🏻 The place is also so clean and tidy. Wish that we had booked 2 more nights here!
TtotoroI’ve been to many countries and stayed in various accommodations—hotels, guesthouses, and Airbnbs—but this experience was truly romantic. I stayed in a hanok (a traditional Korean-style house), and when I woke up in the morning, it was raining. I could hear the sound of raindrops gently falling to the ground, creating a calm and peaceful atmosphere. That’s one of the most charming and unique aspects of staying in a hanok—it’s something you don’t experience in ordinary hotels.
Also, I’m very sensitive when it comes to cleanliness—I can be quite picky—but this place was spotless and extremely well-kept.
Lastly, the space was filled with green plants, which added to the freshness. I could smell the natural scent of greenery, feel the peaceful mood, and truly enjoy the presence of nature all around me.
NnunofxThis is the 2nd time that we've been accommodated on Starrest to visit Jeonju. Both times we felt like home due to the super warm welcome from the owners and they are always around to chat.
Hanok room is quite cosy with the normal expected facilities. Also has heated floor that this time we didn't use since weather was hot.
Location is super good on the middle of the Hanok village so we can walk everywhere. For the places outside the Hanok village, just take the bus or Kaokao-T.
OOHThe location is good in Hanok Village. Please introduce the restaurant, bring a simple breakfast, and the service is good. However, it was a bit cold because of the rainy wind due to the characteristics of Hanok. It's getting colder, so you need a thick quilt. Overall, I was satisfied and had a good stay.
AAngelineGreat Hanok to stay for our short trip. Owners were great and even upgraded our room to bigger room without us requesting for it. Very clean and cozy place with heated floor. Owner allowed us to leave our luggage at their place for later collection so we could roam around for more yummy food and shopping with the hassle of carrying them around. Hanok is at the heart of the main tourist area. A lot of food options and cafe within minutes out of the Hanok. Great experience and thank you for the wonderful hospitality!!! 🥰🥰😍😍👏👏👏
AAndrea Montes de OcaThe guesthouse is conveniently located which makes it ideal for exploring Jeonju. The check-in process was smooth and instructions on how to access the room were very clear. Kitchen facilities came in very handy and the room was clean and comfortable. The only downside I would mention is that the walls are paper-thin. We stayed two nights and had no problem on the first night but on the second one, we were awakened by loud guests at 2 am who seemed to be checking in very late (and possibly drunk). I would recommend limiting the check-in time until 00:00 to avoid any complaints or discomfort for in-house guests. Besides that situation the stay was perfect and considering the cost it was very fair.
GGuest UserOwner is so friendly and prepared a long note in English to provide necessary information. He speaks English well too. Room is big enough for 2 person, toilet is clean too. Has floor heating so no problem even in winter. He helped us call a cab to Jeonju station when we left and even waited with us in the cold at the road junction, and help us give instructions to the cab driver. Location is quiet near the Jeonju stream. Nice area to have a stroll in the morning.
GGuest UserI met a friend I met during my foreign trip for the second time in Jeonju after Gurye. I booked a guesthouse after reviews and thought it was good to do it.
Friendly boss and wife ................ It was a short journey of 2 days and 1 night, but I was comfortable and well. Thank you.
If you have something to go next time, I think I will find it again ... Always be healthy and prosperous.
GGuest UserThis is a trip I started without a plan, but the boss recommended local restaurants and told me a lot, so this trip is more interesting. The room was clean and the floor was hot, so it was not cold at all. It was a pleasant trip because they provided a delicious breakfast and were very friendly.
Generally speaking, this is a beautiful hanok, if you only take a photo, it can be turned into a work(?), and the location is also in the hanok village, so it is very convenient to walk around. I want to come again next time!
GGiuliAmazing stay in a traditional Hanok!
Nice welcoming room with nice bathroom. It's important to be aware that the bed is a traditional Korean bed, therefore is like a yoga mat: basically you sleep on the floor!
The staff is really kind and helpful. The breakfast is simple yet good: bread, jam, fruits with orange juice and coffee or green tea.
Good value for money :)
