The guesthouse is conveniently located which makes it ideal for exploring Jeonju. The check-in process was smooth and instructions on how to access the room were very clear. Kitchen facilities came in very handy and the room was clean and comfortable. The only downside I would mention is that the walls are paper-thin. We stayed two nights and had no problem on the first night but on the second one, we were awakened by loud guests at 2 am who seemed to be checking in very late (and possibly drunk). I would recommend limiting the check-in time until 00:00 to avoid any complaints or discomfort for in-house guests. Besides that situation the stay was perfect and considering the cost it was very fair.

- the wall is not soundproof so you can easily heard other guest walking or talking. But it’s nothing with the price given.
I always experience self-check in in Korea, however the owner has given details instructions so it is easy. Definitely will come back here again

This is the second time I have stayed here. It is right next to the Hanok Village and very close to Gyeonggijeon. There is floor heating and air conditioning, clean and comfortable. It was already past one o'clock in the morning when we arrived. The shop owner left a note at the door and opened the door directly.

Location: Very good. It was hard to guess before going, but the Hanok Village. before the game. Jeondong Cathedral. Cheongyeonru, etc. are close by, and Nomadic Brewing Company. Berere. The places I wanted to go, such as One Time Off, were within 17 minutes on foot.
Service: The host seems to be the type to prepare quietly and carefully. They prepared bedding according to the number of people, and towels were prepared according to the number of nights and number of people staying.

Cleanliness, facilities: It was a bit old building, but it was well maintained.
There are no inconveniences, but once you enter the room, it is infinitely comfortable.
