Dopo averne sentito parlare tanto bene ci siamo finalmente decisi a fare un pranzo in famiglia al Colle del Sole e che dire... siamo felicissimi della scelta! Cibo di qualità, a km 0, menù gustoso, variegato e pensato, personale cortese ed attento, che sa trasmettere la passione per la cucina e la tradizione umbra. Il tutto nella cornice di incanto delle campagne eugubine. Da provare assolutamente.

Location circondata da un panorama mozzafiato...consiglio vivamente per chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno in pieno relax ma senza annoiarsi. La piscina situata in un posto strategico, dove oltre a rinfrescarsi, ci si perde in questo bellissimo panorama, che trovo romanticissimo e suggestivo soprattutto durante il tramonto... Accoglienza impeccabile, Elisa con i suoi modi mette subito a proprio agio e ti fa sentire a casa, ma soprattutto ben voluti..cucina ottima, tutti prodotti di propria produzione...insomma un posto dove tornerò molto volentieri!!
