We stayed two nights in this property a short walk from the center of Gubbio. The owner very courteous and helpful. The abundant breakfast with fresh and different croissants every morning. Clean and cozy room with private bathroom. Recommended! 👍🏻

I stayed in this structure with my boyfriend for one night, a bad experience not to be repeated even by mistake. Despite the reviews we read in advance, we decided not to trust the negative reviews and still try to spend the night in this structure. Starting from the beginning: check in with almost non-existent welcome, the host barely spoke to us. We can overlook this, not everyone is able to do this job, but many engage in the entrepreneurship of accommodation facilities without actually being able to carry out a discreet service. Second negative note: we were resting in the room in the afternoon and suddenly the owner decided to throw open the door to our room by waking me up, without apologizing later. Our room had an external PRIVATE bathroom, but there is nothing private inside this b & b as other customers have used it. The bed linen and towels were really gross, old and worn (I slept on top of the sheets and got dressed without even being able to put on my pajamas). Finally, we can talk about the noises and the lack of soundproofing of the rooms. In fact, talking about rest in this structure is impossible since it is possible to hear any type of noise (from customers moving into the room, going to the bathroom, to get to the dishes that the host himself has placed the next morning in the breakfast room without worry that on the other side of the wall there were two clients sleeping). The price is VERY HIGH for the services it offers, we weren't expecting 5-star luxury, but paying 80 euros per night for dirt, clutter, noise and unwanted room entrances I would say no. Do not trust the positive reviews, because there was nothing positive here besides the convenient location to reach the center.

Description not suited to reality: in the meantime the room is different from the photos on the site (the photographer is very good!), Without a wardrobe so much that we had to leave the suitcases on the ground and we found them full of ants. The window is divided in half by a wall, the ante-bathroom door opens with difficulty; generally dirty and unkempt. Shower siphon with a black slime, black silicone and equally the seats where the doors slide. The linens provided consist of gray sheets with holes in them, unmatched towels and some dirti like papier-mâché; the mattress with brown spots and halos. On the website it says that the rooms are soundproofed and instead you hear everything: our room "on the patio" was divided from the other by a simple door. In order not to get eaten by mosquitoes you have to leave the stove attached 24/24. The only soap, diluted with water, that is made available is a crumpled container, not to mention the hair dryer which is travel-sized, it doesn't work and you have to ask for it. The swimming pool is the paid one across the street, parking is on the public road. To our complaints at check out, the owner came up with an "industrial plan" and a renovation but, as I can see from your comments, the story is still the same. Incommentable!

B&b molto vicino al centro di Gubbio, con il vantaggio di parcheggiare gratuitamente fuori la struttura e raggiungere il centro a piedi. Proprietario gentile e attento. Ogni mattina ti prepara una bella moka di caffè caldo e poi gustarla tutta con molta calma.

Ottima struttura a pochi metri dal centro storico di Gubbio. Le camere sono molto ampie e pulite, dotate di tutti i confort. Il gestore davvero cordiale e disponibile coccola i suoi ospiti con abbondanti colazioni. Da provare assolutamente. Grazie Luca

Appartamento ristrutturato con tutti i confort, qualche accorgimento da migliorare ma nel complesso siamo stati bene. Pulizia molto buona. Si trova a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro con parcheggio pubblico gratuito proprio di fronte. Avevamo una smartbox di una notte con colazione.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bed e breakfast che si trova in una posizione semi centrale e in poco tempo si arriva al centro a piedi,altra nota positiva è la colazione che è abbondante e ha molte cose:fette biscottate, cornetti freschi, marmellate e cereali in porzioni singole. La nota dolente è sicuramente il prezzo troppo alto, 90€ per una tripla con bagno esterno privato sono davvero tanti anche perché la stanza non è neanche dotata di condizionatore e da nessuna parte siamo riusciti a trovare un phon quindi mi sono lavata i capelli e non ho potuto asciugarli perché non mi andava di cercare l'host...

Sistemazione in una camera nell'appartamento occupato dalla famiglia. Le altre stanze sono situate al piano superiore della palazzina e quindi più indipendenti. Letto sufficientemente comodo. Nonostante la gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario da segnalare la mancanza di organizzazione nella preparazione ed allestimento del buffet per la colazione, piuttosto basico e con prodotti confezionati. Come consiglio i tavoli dovrebbero risultare già apparecchiati con tutto l'occorrente all'inizio della colazione.
