The hotel staff Henry and Laura were super helpful, they helped my deaf brother by translating on google translate app and was helping him calling taxi and many thing! That was super great experience! So thank you all. We will stay again

Standard 3 star hotel. Staff were helpful, the room was comfortable, but the aircon was poor as was the selection of TV cable stations. Breakfast selection was OK. Its the type of hotel you that is best used for a night prior to or after a flight to/from Sao Paulo. There is a free airport shuttle service.

The hotel with free shuttle service is perfect for air travelers who need a night of rest. We appreciated the 5:30 am shuttle. There were about 12 of us who were on that shuttle, meaning that 12 of us could not enjoy a coffee and a piece of bread since the dining room didn't open until 6 am. Otherwise, the hotel experience was very good!

Great hotel for those arriving or leaving Guarulhos, transfer works very well, clean hotel with everything working, friendly staff and super fast check in... 10/10 in relation to cost benefit.
