Very close to the airport, there is also a shuttle bus to the airport. I also stayed at this hotel during the epidemic, so I am quite familiar with it. This time, the flight the next day was early, so I had to take a taxi to the airport. Breakfast started early. It is suitable for business trips near Sao Paulo Airport.
The hotel is perfect, doesn't leave anything to desire! Well located, with many options in the surroundings. Super structured hotel! very good breakfast, many options of everything, a restaurant with personalized cardboard and varied with various dishes!
I had to stay close to the airport for 1 night due to my last minute change of flight. This hotel is just 15min away from Guarulhos and there is a free shuttle from and to the airport, operating throughout the day and night. Hotel is quite busy so at some time the check-in might take some time. But rooms are quite big, clean, with perfect aircon and wifi. The bed matress is somewhat hard but ok. Breakfast is buffet with lots of choices. The thing I didn't like is that this hotel doesn't offer luggage storage. After 2 months of travelling around Brazil, this was the only hotel not offering this service! For me it is a minus. You have to check out by 12:00 noon, at the latest 14:00, and if you have a late flight you are stuck with your luggage. When I first asked the receptionist about the luggage storage, she wouldn't help at all. Even after I said that I have 3-4 hours left and would like to go for a walk, shopping and lunch. She just offered to wait for the shuttle with my luggage in the lobby. Thank God that later I run into another receptionist and he was superfriendly and kind to take my luggage to the backroom so at the end I was able to go for a walk, shopping and lunch! Hotel Monreale is in the centre of Guarulhos and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, shops nearby.

Best cost-effective. The hotel is very close to Guarulhos Airport and always strives to serve you in the best possible way, from food to transportation, offering many advantages at very competitive prices. From my observation, they are still being renovated, but upstairs, it is the perfect choice to receive guests. Back in Guarulhos, I will definitely book again
Good communication with the hostel and the transfer driver, they could make a map showing were is the meeting spot to help, but the message with the reference was ok for me who speak Portuguese, Clean bedroom bathroom , they have a tv, wireless, towel and body soap. The crew is polite, friendly and helpful, they helped me to order food, change money and show me the breakfast room. Fair breakfast, 2 types of bread, ham, cheese, butter, hotdog sauce, cashew juice and coffee. It was a good experience.
Very good hotel, with a super careful team, mainly those working for the morning shift, all I needed to resolve without difficulties, have transfer to the airport and a great breakfast, is close to everything, mainly from the center to buy something and visit the church ⛪ our Lady of Conception.
The hotel has a very friendly and friendly service, very clean and well-organised rooms, bed and bathroom of excellent quality! Excellent accommodation! Full breakfast, many options and excellent quality. I haven't got to use it, but given the quality of coffee, the room service must be of the same quality.
Please avoid this hotel.Stay anywhere else. We booked and paid for 2 nights accomodation. Our flights were delayed so got to the hotel early hours of the 2nd day. They told us - after travelling for over 3 days that because we had not checked in on the first day our entire reservation was cancelled. No booking for us! Too tired to argue we paid for 2 extra rooms. Our travel agent has tried to contact them with no response. How do you cancel a booking of 2 nights if you happen to miss the 1st night? They say they offer a free airport shuttle- we were charged. No staff speak English in the restaurant at all. I left my kindle in our room by mistake. We tried to contact the hotel immediately with no response Our travel agent has sent them numerous mails and no response. We got the taxi driver which we used for a day tour to try and contact the hotel. After numerous tries he got hold of them and they say - no kindle left in the room! Unbelievable- I would have thought you could trust the hotel staff. We will not recommend this hotel to anybody ever! Hope we eventually somehow get a refund for our accomodation which we paid for twice!
Very comfortable, new, clean hotel and transfer to the airport is excellent and punctual. Some details disappointed me: I took this hotel with breakfast because of my flight time, and I had few options, not repair the missing options, even though only half an hour after the start. Another thing, staff of different appointments appear to be not talking. I left the car parked in the hotel during my trip, and the car official said it was possible to hit the car around, while they made me pay for the checkout.

GGuest UserThis is a great hotel just 10 minutes by shuttle from GRU international airport. I spent one night in a Suite before an early morning flight and absolutely loved the hotel and my room. Staff were extremely friendly, the suite was very large and beautiful, with a very nice granite bathroom, lovely L'Occitane Agua de Coco amenities, very comfortable beds, and I will stay there again without hesitation. The hotel has a small lounge for suites (and executive floor I believe) offering breakfast (which I could not try due to my early departure) and small happy hour (gin, whisky, wine beers, soft drinks, nibbles, etc). It has a swimming pool (again could not try due to my timings), a fitness centre with sauna and hammam (note that they do not provide towels for the sauna/hammam so you need to bring one from your room. The hammam is also extremely hot). I also tried room service which was good without being excellent. I really really wanted to give that hotel 5*. The only reason why I didn't is that I got repeatedly woken up due to the room service people not being able to locate my credit card details. I gave my passport at check in (both when I did online check in and in person in the lounge) and my passport details and the next morning, reception confirmed to me that it was on file, but for some reason room service could not find it, and so they ended up calling my room repeatedly, knocking at my door etc whilst I was fast asleep (my alarm was for 5 the next morning before 27 hours of flying, so I really wanted a good early night), even after I explained repeatedly that 1) I had given my cc details and 2) in any case, if they could not locate them, they could absolutely leave the bill at reception and I would pay the next morning (I was asleep and really didn't want to wake up and dress just to resolve a bureaucratic failure on the hotel's side). This felt frankly unpleasant, and whilst I do not want to blame the person who did it personally as I am sure that they were just following their procedures, this made me feel unwelcome (unlike everything else I experienced in that precisely very welcoming hotel) and I had precisely chosen that hotel to be able to sleep so being woken up several times really killed the point. I really think that this should have been handled better (I am also a frequent guest with that chain and they have all my details so it's not as though I was going to run away like a criminal to not pay a BRL120 bill!) But again, apart from that slightly sour experience, everything else was 5* and I am hoping that this was a one off and that next time, I won't experience similar incidents again.
GGuest UserThe Panamby used to be a Great Western where you could stay one night and park for free up to 14 days with a free shuttle bus to the airport 15 minutes away. Then it became the Panamby and they withdrew the free parking and charged 15 reais a night. Last time it was 30 reais a night. Note the room rate does not include parking so always add another 30 reais to your costs. Year by year the prices have gone up but not the quality or the amenities. Last time we stayed, little things had disappeared like free iced water in reception, a pen and paper and glasses in the rooms. The soap has halved, the towels have longevity, being as old as the hotel, a great advert for the towels but not the hotel. The free breakfast is a comprehensive buffet of hot and cold but do not expect quality, just quantity. The food is average at best, so you eat rather than dine. Staff can vary from being friendly to abrupt. Unfortunate;ly this year the prices have suffered yet another large increase so we will look elsewhere to stay.
WWill-TLocation: close from Airport Metro station. About 10 min Taxi ride from T1. Shuttle bus to the airport was very convenient.
Room: very clean, spacious, and quiet.
Restaurant: I had breakfast and dinner. The food was very good and not pricey.
SShengmeiergenbanguIt is too close to the airport, and the planes in the second half of the night are very loud.
But I can sleep more in the morning, so I don't have to rush to catch the plane.
um yes thanks
GGuest UserFrankly at the price it charges and the fact that it's within a close range to the airport, my question is why not?
The lady there she even provides you with some breakfast.
Here's the thing, just as you arrive at the airport use either Uber or the official metered taxis. I got ripped off by the dude who says he drives an executive taxi and to get to the hostel (Hostel Lize) I paid 42 dollars whereas in reality ist is like 5 bucks. By the time you realize you are scammed it is too late as you are at the destination. Just a top for you...
But again the hostel, it makes sense to spend your night there.
FFEPCAwesome place!! The breakfast is outrageous…. Extremely good!!
Really close to GRU and the shuttle takes out always on time.
Hope to comeback soon.
GGuest UserThe sanitation is very clean, the environment is good, the front desk staff speaks good English, there is no communication barrier, and it is close to the airport, which saves a lot of time and no need to rush
AAnonymous UserAdvanced equipment, smoking area, good service attitude, clean and tidy, beautiful environment, we are very satisfied with the stay, the price is reasonable, I hope to have the opportunity to stay again next time.
This is not a cheap hotel, and the rooms are pretty tight, but it's a good option to spend a few hours or overnight inside the Guarulhos airport without the hassle of transfers. I slept very well in one of its bunk bed rooms, and these and the bathrooms with showers are spotlessly clean. They MUST improve on sound insulation for the rooms though, I suppose that if you have noisy neighbors your night will be ruined. I would certainly stay again if needed.
