Even with all my patience, everything was horrible. The rating for this accommodation could not be higher. My flight arrived in Guarulhos at around 10 pm. That's why I contacted them in advance and told them that I would check in at around 11 pm. I asked them to reserve a unit on the ground floor or, at most, on the first floor. I'm 64 years old and I know that they don't have elevators. They reserved a unit on the third floor. They said that there was no other available because "they were full"... I went up to the room and found a unit without air conditioning and a fan attached to the ceiling (sic!). That's right, a cheap fan attached to the ceiling upside down. While I was observing this feat of slum engineering, I noticed an insect crawling on the dirty sheets... I went to the reception desk using the intercom to ask for the bed linen to be changed and, possibly, to change rooms. They brought a sheet that was left on the shelf... Resigned to the fact that I would have to accept such conditions for one night, I went to the bathroom. Another surprise: the toilet had a sign saying "Sanitized", but it clearly wasn't. I went down to reception to ask for another room. I was greeted by the supervisor on duty who apologised to me. The room on the first floor, which didn't exist, finally appeared and I was able to sleep. It was already past midnight the next day. Everything was unforgivable! The next morning I left this sea of incompetence and disrespect and went to a motel.
