老闆很熱情，幫忙拿行李，床還是很舒服的，交通方便(但是有些吵），空調的話好像衹能製冷，淋浴噴頭建議換一下新的，床頭櫃建議別放拖鞋了，有味道，希望下次來住的時候有改善!

第二次入住，房間挺大的，也沒有什麼異味，但是一進門就發現廁所的把手壞了。然後被套和枕頭都有一些黃色的污漬。還好我們自己帶了一次性的床單。
環境整體是不錯的，但是非常不隔音，樓上一直有人在拖凳子，超級吵，然後打了前台電話，還是沒用，半夜兩點多才睡覺。
最後，電梯不知道是不是很密閉的原因，特別臭。也許店家不是主營休息而是棋牌的，有考慮考試，出差出行的謹慎入住。

It is a bit old hotel. The road is being built in front of the door. Fortunately, you can park at the door. The sound insulation is not bad. It is not very noisy. There are disposable bath towels and face towels. The toothbrushing cups and tea cups look quite dirty. The point is that the shower room has a lot of water! I can’t wash my head at all. The water pressure of the sink is bigger than the bath. I directly use the head washed by the sink. The amount of water in the shower is so small. Not to mention the shower.

The room is very clean. It is an old hotel. Although the building is old, the decoration style inside is very calm and simple. The price of less than 400 is worth it.
Located in the city center, there are subways, three streets and two alleys, and popular attractions. (Because the toilet in the room on the 14th floor of Building B is not decorated, the lighting is dim. It is recommended that tourists who come to stay in the future choose rooms other than the 14th floor)

The location of the hotel is easy to find, the parking is free, and the transportation is convenient. There is a very lively Jinbo Square next to it. There are quite a lot of people inside at night. The room is clean and tidy, and it is not noisy at night. I heard that double glass is used. The layer is thickened and soundproofed, so there is no noise at night, and I sleep very comfortably. However, the remote control cannot change the channel. Otherwise, I am very satisfied! I also like the aromatherapy very much. I will buy it next time. I am in a rush this time and will stay here again next time!

The service attitude is very poor, the room is very much, there are a lot of takeaways, but there is a food delivery robot. It takes about 40 minutes to queue up for food delivery. GGuest UserHampton Inn Guangzhou Baiyun is a brand new hotel with complete facilities. The breakfast is also very rich. From the moment we picked up the hotel, the hotel provided services beyond expectations. We have six suitcases. After checking in, our luggage was delivered to the room almost at the same time. The robot service can take it away. Takeaways, etc. were delivered directly to the room. On the day of check-out, we made a reservation for pick-up in advance. In the morning, we informed the front desk that we were ready to leave. The service staff came up quickly to help us carry our luggage down. When we came down, all the luggage had been loaded into the car. The door was opened while we were waiting. I was surprised by this service. I have stayed for more than 1,000 yuan a night and have never enjoyed such service. Special thanks to the front desk staff for providing a lot of help and the pick-up and drop-off chef! Next time I am transiting through Baiyun, I will still choose Hampton!

AAscotThe hotel is spotlessly clean, inside the room especially. Super quiet, did not hear a soul from outside the room. Same goes with watching the airplanes take-off and landing, not a sound at all. The shuttle service is number 1 for personalized service. It is worth staying at, with a bus stop on the road virtually directly out front, great eateries next door as well.

JJohnson ZGreat hotel with excellent location. Staff was also very friendly. Only one minor set back was the little smell from washroom, probably due to facility aging reason. Overall a very pleasant stay. Def recommend to couples and business people.

I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience.
Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. The staff's unprofessionalism, the lack of housekeeping service, the missed airport pick-up, and the initial Wi-Fi problems significantly detracted from the experience.
**In light of this experience, I would strongly advise potential guests to manage their expectations and consider alternative hotels near the airport that offer reliable airport fetching services and provide a more welcoming atmosphere.**

GGuest UserThe hotel is in an excellent location. It is within a reasonable distance from Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street and Chen Clan Ancestral Hall. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk and 7 minutes to walk to the subway station. The hotel actually occupies three floors of a residential building. The room is really not flattering. There is a bed as soon as you open the door. There is only one bed in the whole room. Two people can only sleep on the bed in the room. There is no place to put it in the room. The toilet is small and pitiful. One person can't take a shower and the other person can't use the toilet. . This is the smallest room I have ever booked on Ctrip. The order indicates that there are windows, but there are no windows, and the area is definitely not 20 square meters. Won’t book again, poor experience

As much as you can eat or drink ! 168 Rmb only.!And the friendliest staff .A Starbucks 10 meters across the Road.Very relaxing atmosphere.A Holiday on its own.Highly Recommended.My Wife loved it , and I could sit the whole day working on my Computer and having a steam session and warm water swim every few hours or so.Felt very rested and Healthy and rejuvinated after 3 Evenings.Highly Recommended !

CChengxiqu88clean and nice remodeling. But this is not a 5 star, rather 3 to 4 star. Actually it’s a weird hotel. They completely lack the windows. The hallways are zigzagging and has a huge risk if fire breaks. I don’t know how the city government allows this kind of hotel. They turned off the heater and keep saying they turned it on. Latter they provided a space heater. I would not recommend this hotel.

SSeh KiatVery good location next to the Beijing Lu Pedestrian Walk. In the older part of the city. The surrounding is very nostalgic yet very well kept by the city.
My room is a river view high floor and it was exactly what I got. Full height window and a Tatami bed. It also came with a washer and a separate dryer. Unfortunately the dryer had to be placed in the bathroom which made it a bit cramp.
The room itself is well maintained and what I suspect to be toiletries left behind by previous occupants are displayed for subsequent travellers.
I had great sleep, unfortunately I could not enjoy the great view because it was fogged out during my stay..
Overall, think Airbnb apartment.
The building is quite aged, so the lifts are a bit slow in coming. Add to that, the entire building seems to be occupied by numerous similar operators.
BTW Check In and service desk is in apartment 1813, at least for now.
