For us, simply the best hotel in Guangzhou. Understated, professional service, in a wonderful location with truly great staff. The breakfast is delicious and best of all... the magnificent views from all the rooms in the hotel. Simply unbeatable! We always return to this hotel when we are in Guangzhou!

Very happy with my stay, the staff were very helpful and nice. Everything was top notch. Room service was great.

My second time at the Westin, Guangzhou, and I couldn’t fault it. From checking until checking out, the service was excellent. My room was spacious, clean with the added bonus of a bath mat in the shower which not every hotel offers. It is so central to everything in Guangzhou and the main railway station is a 10 minute walk away. I left feeling very happy would highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking to stay in such a vibrant, buzzing city like Guangzhou.

I cannot praise Fraser Suites Guangzhou enough—it was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel experience I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. Additionally, the hotel’s location is perfect—it’s conveniently close to shopping malls, restaurants, and eateries, making it easy to explore the city. I will absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Guangzhou. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Stayed in Hilton Guangzhou for 3nights. Checked in was smoothly done & given an upgrade of room due to reserved room not ready when there at about 2pm. Room was spacious and clean. Daily cleaned up were done nicely and happy to return to room in late afternoon with fresh condition space. However, was encountered with a not helpful lobby staff when had an issue with our Didi ride booking, Maybe he could not understand our Chinese words and ignored us. Luckily, another lobby staff approached us and managed to get our ride booking done successfully. Hotel location wise is convenient as there are some small restaurant eataries and shopping mall nearby. Hotel breakfast was good which we reserved on our last day stay. There were a wide spread of local & international food which we enjoyed. Overall, had a good 3nights stay at Hilton. Thank you to all staffs concerned that made our stay a pleasant one:)

Had a great experience at Tiehe Married Hotel's club floor. The service was excellent, with staff helping us carry our luggage to the room and also assisting on the ground floor. They even provided late check-out service. Overall, a very positive stay, and I will definitely choose to stay again for my next trip!

First time in Guangzhou and stayed in one of the best hotel. Loved the location, service, cleanliness and space in this hotel. Surrounded with plenty of food, malls and was right above a metro station. Gooding to the Guangzhou Dong HSR is super convenient which is only 3 stations away. Will return to this hotel if going Guangzhou again.

The reception and Lobby staff have done an excellent job, I feel welcome as they are helpful and considerate. However, when I called the guest service, the staff did not speak English. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the helpful staff in the 30/F restaurant. My overall experience is pleasant.

Landing in Guangzhou, my friends have been recommending Sofitel Hotel before, so I checked in directly on arrival. The environment is very good, quiet and not noisy, the service is also very satisfactory, especially praise the guest relations department Kelsey, very considerate. I have long heard that Sofitel Hotel is very good, and I came to experience it on this business trip. The service of the guest relations department was also very good and warm, and the location of the hotel was easy to find, which added another color to my business trip.
