Location: very good Cleanliness: very good Room size: more than enough for 2 persons. Special shout out to Ms Hayley from reception. She went the extra effort to help me make an online delivery. With my limited knowledge of chinese, she was quick to offer help. Unlike her colleague, a man by the name Cong, who was relectant to help even when I asked.

The location is fabulous that it is walking distance from the rail station. And the hotel room is very big and comfortable. I like the hotel very much and i will definitely revisit.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Guangzhou, China, based on a recommendation from my cousin who had visited a few months earlier. I’m pleased to give this hotel a full thumbs up. My positive experience began with Miranda at check-in, who was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making the process smooth and effortless. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. To top it all off, Miranda assisted me again during checkout to reverse the security deposit, completing my stay on a high note.

Great indoor swimming pool and got a small hot spring pool. Breakfast was delicious while the wanton and noodle was homemade and fresh. One of the best I tried in Guangzhou. Great location and just a few steps away from the Grandview Mall which you can easily spend few days with your kid. Love to come and stay soon again!

Hotel exceeded our expectations: 1. Located at a very convenient location with many restaurants and shops nearby 2. Service was good with every staff we encountered - all very polite and helpful 3. Buffet breakfast was amazing with lots of choices - particularly good for elderly parents 4. Wifi works for Instagram and WhatsApp 5. Room is spacious and clean The only one negative is that the rooms are not very sound proof

The location is very excellent, close to the metro station, markets and international restaurants. The staff are friendly, the room is good but needs attention to cleanliness. You can see dust in the corners and the bathroom doors are not clean at the top.

The hotel is fine but the restaurant on the second floor gradually becomes worth. The quality of food is going down prices are rising. Gauda cheese was served with mold (see the pictures) Lamb was old so it was stinky Fruit were tasteless Not even close to 5 star hotel! Pastry was fine but let's give it some time Please don't go there to avoid poisoning.
