Stayed for one night. When I got up the next morning, I found a puddle of water on the stone platform next to the window. At first I thought it was the air conditioner dripping, but then I saw that the legs of the curtains were also soaked. I suspected it was water seepage from the wall. My backpack It was placed on the stone platform by the window. The bottom of the backpack was soaked, and the camera and lens inside almost suffered damage. Came to see the comic convention and booked this hotel. The guy at the front desk was easy to talk to and could help with express delivery and luggage storage. He also extended check-out to 2 o'clock for free. The room was also nice and big. The 1.8-meter bed was big enough. It was also close to the exhibition hall and there was a subway downstairs, which took ten minutes to get there. It was very convenient.

I was a little worried after seeing a lot of bad reviews online before I made the decision. I actually felt okay when I checked in. There are indeed shortcomings. I would give them a 4 out of 50 overall rating.
Advantages: The room is clean and the place is quite big. You can use your mobile phone to cast the projection. It's fun to watch 5ds at night. The service is also very good and patient. There is heating but it is an electric heater. There is a residential area nearby. Shopping is very convenient and the subway station is also there. Very close.
The shortcomings are that the goods are not exactly right. The actual store name is different from the name registered online. The sound insulation is not very good. I am woken up by the chat next door at night.

I took my kids out for fun during the National Day holiday and stayed for another four days. The front desk ladies were very nice. There is Luckin Coffee downstairs and delicious pigeon rice next to it. Free parking, about 10 minutes walk from Keyun Road subway station.

GGuest UserHampton Inn Guangzhou Baiyun is a brand new hotel with complete facilities. The breakfast is also very rich. From the moment we picked up the hotel, the hotel provided services beyond expectations. We have six suitcases. After checking in, our luggage was delivered to the room almost at the same time. The robot service can take it away. Takeaways, etc. were delivered directly to the room. On the day of check-out, we made a reservation for pick-up in advance. In the morning, we informed the front desk that we were ready to leave. The service staff came up quickly to help us carry our luggage down. When we came down, all the luggage had been loaded into the car. The door was opened while we were waiting. I was surprised by this service. I have stayed for more than 1,000 yuan a night and have never enjoyed such service. Special thanks to the front desk staff for providing a lot of help and the pick-up and drop-off chef! Next time I am transiting through Baiyun, I will still choose Hampton!

Same goes with watching the airplanes take-off and landing, not a sound at all. The shuttle service is number 1 for personalized service. It is worth staying at, with a bus stop on the road virtually directly out front, great eateries next door as well.

I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience.
Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. The staff's unprofessionalism, the lack of housekeeping service, the missed airport pick-up, and the initial Wi-Fi problems significantly detracted from the experience.
**In light of this experience, I would strongly advise potential guests to manage their expectations and consider alternative hotels near the airport that offer reliable airport fetching services and provide a more welcoming atmosphere.**

It takes more than 10 minutes to walk and 7 minutes to walk to the subway station. The hotel actually occupies three floors of a residential building. The room is really not flattering. There is a bed as soon as you open the door. There is only one bed in the whole room. Two people can only sleep on the bed in the room. There is no place to put it in the room. The toilet is small and pitiful. One person can't take a shower and the other person can't use the toilet. . This is the smallest room I have ever booked on Ctrip. The order indicates that there are windows, but there are no windows, and the area is definitely not 20 square meters. Won’t book again, poor experience

GGuest UserThis is the best Hotel in Guangzhou , situated right next to the Pearl river ,walking distance to Johnny Morgans famous British Pub.A free indoor and outdoor swimming pool , and a free Sauna and Steam Room both for ladies and Gentlemen.A well equipped Gym and 2 Squash Courts.In addition ,the buffet dinner is excellent with sirloin steak , Raw Salmon , Mutton , Roast Beijing Duck , and free beer ! As much as you can eat or drink ! 168 Rmb only.!And the friendliest staff .A Starbucks 10 meters across the Road.Very relaxing atmosphere.A Holiday on its own.Highly Recommended.My Wife loved it , and I could sit the whole day working on my Computer and having a steam session and warm water swim every few hours or so.Felt very rested and Healthy and rejuvinated after 3 Evenings.Highly Recommended !

CChengxiqu88clean and nice remodeling. But this is not a 5 star, rather 3 to 4 star. Actually it’s a weird hotel. They completely lack the windows. The hallways are zigzagging and has a huge risk if fire breaks. I don’t know how the city government allows this kind of hotel. They turned off the heater and keep saying they turned it on. Latter they provided a space heater. I would not recommend this hotel.

SSeh KiatVery good location next to the Beijing Lu Pedestrian Walk. In the older part of the city. The surrounding is very nostalgic yet very well kept by the city.
My room is a river view high floor and it was exactly what I got. Full height window and a Tatami bed. It also came with a washer and a separate dryer. Unfortunately the dryer had to be placed in the bathroom which made it a bit cramp.
The room itself is well maintained and what I suspect to be toiletries left behind by previous occupants are displayed for subsequent travellers.
I had great sleep, unfortunately I could not enjoy the great view because it was fogged out during my stay..
Overall, think Airbnb apartment.
The building is quite aged, so the lifts are a bit slow in coming. Add to that, the entire building seems to be occupied by numerous similar operators.
BTW Check In and service desk is in apartment 1813, at least for now.
