Marriott Hotels in Guangzhou

Booked it for its closeness to the Guangzhou Railway Station East as I needed to catch an early train to Fuzhou. But it was much better than my expectations, besides the convenient location, the room was quite roomy and the service excellent. Didn’t check out their breakfast as I needed to leave ASAP.

Fantastic value for 5-star luxury! The Oakwood exceeded our expectations. Good location near the Parc Central mall (and many others). Staff were helpful when we found our room too warm (no aircon in the winter and our room was on the southside getting full sun). Did everything they could to solve the problem. We ended up extending our stay to 3 nights. We did not try the breakfast.

Its central location in the Yuexiu district, the staffs at the front desk was extremely helpful. The cleaning staffs were prompt in replacing items that were running out. There were a lot of good restaurants around the hotel. There are sights just around the neighborhood.

Front desk Carol is very helpful. Fast check in. Houskeeping is doing good job, room is spacios and clean, water pressure good. Overall is very good.服务员徐桂清is kind enuf to provide four bottles drink during second day after knowing we bringing 2 kids. Thank you.

Our stay at Fraser Suites Guangzhou in the Two Bedroom Executive suite was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the level of comfort and convenience offered. The beds were incredibly comfortable, allowing us to enjoy restful nights after long days of exploring the city. The internet speed was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected with family and friends through Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. We particularly appreciated the spacious bathroom, featuring a luxurious bathtub with great view! The warm water available from all the taps in the apartment and heated toilet seats were a delightful touch. The well-equipped kitchen made our stay even more convenient, with kettles, bowls, plates, cups, utensils and a large fridge. We also appreciated the availability of dishwashing and laundry liquids, making it easy to maintain our space. The washing machine and dryer were user-friendly, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The daily housekeeping service was outstanding, ensuring we always returned to a fresh and tidy environment. The hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient, always ready to assist with any requests we had. Their hospitality truly enhanced our experience. The location couldn't be more ideal—surrounded by a variety of restaurants, massage options, and shopping, with the MRT station conveniently located just downstairs. This made exploring Guangzhou incredibly easy and enjoyable. Overall, our experience at Fraser Suites Guangzhou was outstanding, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. We look forward to returning in the future!

Stayed in Hilton Guangzhou for 3nights. Checked in was smoothly done & given an upgrade of room due to reserved room not ready when there at about 2pm. Room was spacious and clean. Daily cleaned up were done nicely and happy to return to room in late afternoon with fresh condition space. However, was encountered with a not helpful lobby staff when had an issue with our Didi ride booking, Maybe he could not understand our Chinese words and ignored us. Luckily, another lobby staff approached us and managed to get our ride booking done successfully. Hotel location wise is convenient as there are some small restaurant eataries and shopping mall nearby. Hotel breakfast was good which we reserved on our last day stay. There were a wide spread of local & international food which we enjoyed. Overall, had a good 3nights stay at Hilton. Thank you to all staffs concerned that made our stay a pleasant one:)

Being connected to a large shopping mall and near the metro station made getting around effortless. The dining options were excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Breakfast was a highlight – the buffet had an impressive selection catering to both local and international tastes. The facilities were top-notch, from the well-equipped gym to the relaxing outdoor pool. Every detail was carefully thought out, making the hotel a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend the Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel to anyone visiting the city. It combines luxury, convenience, and exceptional service to create a truly memorable experience. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Guangzhou!
