Hotels in Guangzhou Sunac Resort and Surroundings, Guangzhou

The floor behind the room door have small water stain at our check-in. No hair conditioner was provided and no safety deposit box. The smart home device wasn’t clear and good to use, only some simple instructions can be provided. The front desk services was not friendly.

First off, I just want to say I got what I booked for. The room was exactly as advertised. Secondly I would like to commend Echo, one of the front desk ladies, she was very helpful, patient and went beyond the call of duty (she helped by ordering dinner for us the night we arrived). She was very kind and we appreciate the assistance she gave us. The breakfast was included as advertised, and we enjoyed the many different options available. My only concern is the smell, probably from the carpet in the hallway or something, but once you settle in the rooms and run the aircon, you won't smell it. I would like to ask the hotel to consider putting fridges in the rooms. The surrounding area is also very quiet. Overally we had a nice time here and would definitely stay here again. 🙏

Living in the mountains is comfortable, everything arranged in the hotel activities is very addictive, especially the organized hiking activities 😍

The location of the hotel is very good. It is only two steps away from the North Station, which makes travel convenient. There are also places to shop nearby. Mainly, the Genshin Impact card draw paid out last night 😂 The overall service is good!

The hotel's services and facilities are very complete, and it's very convenient to eat around! The free airport pick-up is great and the service is very considerate. From check-in to check-out, every detail makes people feel very warm and worth recording. The design of this hotel is too strong. It's the Tiffany blue that I like! I personally still recommend it to friends I know here!

The room wasn’t ready for 45 minutes but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The dinner buffet closes at 830 and food delivery options in the area are limited however the evening canteen staff was more than friendly helpful and walked my friend and I to the Chinese restaurant on the property (closes at 9PM) and the food was absolutely amazing !

I just arrived in Guangzhou on a business trip and stayed at this hotel in Huadu. The deluxe twin room was good overall. The floor was high and I could see the whole night view and the busy traffic. The room was decorated in a retro style. What satisfied me most was that when I ordered takeout and received express delivery, an intelligent robot delivered it to the door of the room. The privacy was very good.

The hotel rooms are quite clean, the service from the front desk staff is also very good. The location is very good, very close to the subway station, there are many beverage shops nearby, and there is also Starbucks. There are many fast food restaurants nearby, including McDonald's and KFC. It is quite recommended to stay here.

Come to Guangbai Department Store to see the counter construction site, the nearest hotel, this central location of the hotel room rate is really favorable, the room is very clean and tidy, the towels are soft and thick, the water absorption is strong, the waiter will take the initiative to say hello. Later inspection store also came here

Fast and early check in this time. FOC laundry service! But breakfast is getting worse. No more juice, no choice of tea, less food overall, including fruit, which is disappointing...
