Compare the other hotels of the same level this hotel was on the more expensive side for what was offered. My room was an interior room with no view but cost as much as other hotels of the same caliber with a stunning view. The room was a little outdated but very clean. The hotel restaurants were great. I tried all but one. Location was perfect.

The hotel was very nice. We forgot our electric toothbrush, and the hotel management reached out to us with ways to get it back. The hotel breakfast was very nice with many options and a great view. The hotel is a little hidden, you have to go to the 17 floor to find it and you can not see the name clearly from the outside. Also the rooms are on the lower floors. The funny thing is you have to go up to the reception and then take another elevator and go down for the rooms.

Staffs are good. Very helpful and service minded. Breakfast is good. The room is clean and tidy. The location is ok. Near Mcdonald and many local food shops. but a bit far from metro station. Taxi to canton fair takes around 15 mins.

It was a good hotel experience I cannot complaint much about it a side from lack of english speaking staff. For accor chain Hotel. I think this is little bit unexpected to have most of check in counter stafds who speaks absolutely no english whatsoever.

The hotel location is very convenient. I booked Guasha Room on 29th floor, overseas the river and canton tower. The room view was amazing. The hotel is very near to Haizhu Square and walking distance to Beijing Lu. The Hotel staffs are very friendly and best service. I would come back and stay again next time.

Not the good experience, the room that we staying was looks very old, full of the nursea smell, luckily only stay one night, the hotel is totally under expectations for me, the price I spent for this room is expensive and not worth, i was staying few hotel in china for my trip, this hotel is the expensive but is the most terrible. The hotel washing machine dryer is not work, I have set 55 minutes to dryer, after 55min, the machine still continue add xtra time, I have told the receptionist, they said just stop it, but after stop, the clothes I dry still very wet, the staff dint help me on it, seems they already knew the dryer problem.

From our efficient check-in to our wonderful room our stay was perfect. My children loved the room Octonauts and requested we come back and stay again as we only had one night. They allowed us to have a late check out, too. The location was ideal as we needed to be near the US Consulate. However, it was close to the museum, 10 minutes from Canton Tower. The neighborhood was fun to walk around as well. It is near the metro. Only surprise was it is a 30 minute taxi drive from the South train station. No matter because we will be back.

The room was very quiet, clean and tidy. There was a sound of construction drilling at around 6 o'clock on the first night. After reporting it to the front desk, they actively handled it and the sound was gone after a while. The next two nights were very good without any disturbance. The hotel was very considerate and prepared slippers and toothbrushes for children. There was also white porridge and preserved egg and lean meat porridge from 21:00. I really liked their side dishes. The hotel also has a robot. We ordered takeout and it was delivered by the robot. The little guy was very happy. It was great!

I would like to give special praise to the beautiful ladies at the front desk. When they saw that I brought my children, they immediately asked if I needed a child's toothbrush. They also told us that there were tables and chairs for children at the breakfast area. This is really thoughtful! The hotel is decorated in a low-key and luxurious style, with clear air, spacious and bright. The room is very spacious, and children can put toys in it. The facilities are also complete. There is a garden next to the breakfast room. You can take a walk in the garden after eating. There is also a gym next to it, which is very large and has many fitness equipment. The overall stay experience is great.

Facilities: The directions and road signs in the park are clear. The supporting facilities of the viewing point are simple and do not affect the original ecological taste. As a multi-type resort, there are many room types. Please provide a warm reminder on the booking page or other channels that some room types require climbing stairs to check in. Environment: Compared with other artificially restored tourist hotels, this place retains most of the pure nature, which is very suitable for Buddhist relaxation and self-cultivation. The greening outside the public areas/guest rooms is basically original. It is recommended that the greening outside the guest room’s landscape window sill be properly and regularly trimmed to improve the level and beauty of the greenery surrounding the guest room. Service: Whether it is the front desk, event venue, restaurant, or room service, the staff we encountered were very enthusiastic. I would like to thank brother Wu*zhi and his helping lady. Each activity was explained in detail. He is also very patient with noisy children! Some aunts may be too embarrassed to say hello for fear of disturbing tourists. I personally think they can be more proactive and show the resort's warm hospitality image, haha. The resort uses a butler service, with smooth communication and prompt response! I booked a duplex room in Chunxiangshe. Children's toothpaste is provided in the room. It is recommended that parent-child rooms be equipped with a small stool so that children can reach the sink. Hygiene: The overall hygiene in the park and guest rooms is great! There is no garbage visible to the naked eye, and there are a few trash cans. It is recommended that one or two more trash cans be provided near the event venue.

Personal favourite for snowboarding at Sunac. Fourth time at this hotel and will continue to revisit. Whitney at the front desk is super helpful - she’s taken care of me and my girlfriend every time. The breakfast is also comp’d so no complaints. The service gets a high grade because we send our Tao Bao here and we are based in Hong Kong. Rooms are very spacious, tidy and clean because my gf has issues sleeping otherwise. Small wear and tear in some rooms but nothing Whitney won’t take care of if we tell her. Location is close to everything by cab some rides are just 7-8rmb.
