"The hotel is located on a small street, which is relatively quiet and suitable for rest. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to Beijing Road and nearly half an hour to Chimelong. The hotel is very close to the subway. Generally speaking, the location is very convenient. The hotel room is large, European style, and the facilities are slightly old. We stayed for two nights. We didn't drink the mineral water on the first night. On the second night, we thought about the long-distance trip on the third day, so we asked for two more bottles of water, but they were not delivered. I hope the hotel will pay attention next time."

"The Grand Palace Guangzhou is truly an exceptional hotel. It offers an authentic experience with a host of great features. The room has a bathtub with a rapid water flow, perfect for a soothing bath. There are many choices of pillow, which is a wonderful touch. The location is unbeatable, with numerous famous restaurants in the vicinity and being extremely close to the train station. You can easily reach the train station by walking up the staircase after spotting Calvin Klein in the mall. Though the bed is a bit hard and could be improved, overall, this hotel is a great choice for travelers seeking convenience, comfort, and a touch of luxury."

"Hotel is in an ideal location, near to quant shops across the road, 3 large malls, many eateries along the 2 main cross roads. Accessible via a couple of station exits from Tianyi East starion A and B. Exiting from Xilu Station will be a bit of a walk but doable.  Staff are friendly and very helpful. The room came with a sizable kitchenette. 2 small induction stoves, a full size refrigerator and utensils."

"First, you should know that this is not really a hotel. It’s more like renting small apartments. They are definitely luxury and contain everything you will need while staying in this area of Guangzhou.  Self parking is a little inefficient as the nearest parking garage is next-door below the mall area, but that can be convenient as well. If you want to eat there or shop we rented a two room unit which was very nice. It had a full master bath with shower and bath tub and a second bathroom, which had a shower stall, and Toilets with bidets. The breakfast is a little expensive for what it is and the layout of the breakfast area is a little bit awkward - a little difficult to find your food at first, but once you do it, you can learn your way to get your eggs or toast, there are many foreigners that go visit this hotel. My kids enjoyed the pool which the temperature of the water was perfect. I think this would be an excellent place to conduct private business meetings because the living area is nice with a comfortable couch a few chairs and a table with four chairs. We had a corner room had plenty of sunlight coming in and really enjoyed this day. Hope you do too. "

"The hotel staff is excellent. They are very responsive and helpful - from the Bell Captain to the front desk to housekeeping. They addressed all my requests promptly and professionally. Breakfast was very good. The laundry facilities quite modern. There was construction noise going on at lower floors for odd room numbers. I was moved to a higher floor where the room is great, the bathroom upgraded but it was smelling really bad."

Even more delightful was the free rental of commonly used items like charging cables, power banks, and curling irons. Forgot to bring cotton pads? No problem—the front desk had individually wrapped spare ones available. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, not only offering detailed recommendations for nearby dining options but also proactively helping print documents—exceeding all expectations! These value-added items were not only practical but also of great quality, clearly reflecting the hotel's commitment to enhancing the guest experience. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and highly recommend it to all friends who appreciate thoughtful service!"
