Very good, good environment, good facilities, good scenery, clean and sanitary, convenient transportation and parking, the restaurant is also good, the service attitude is OK, I will come again next time!

Service was excellent - a bit limited for breakfast especially if you don't like Asian food first thing in the morning. Also they advised their restaurants were open at night but there was really no choices available had to preorder dishes so we went out and discovered there were quite a few restaurants close by. On the whole our stay was very enjoyable. Nice rooms.

Rooms were being renovated but none of the renovated was available when I checked-in and was given one of the old rooms, which was clean but definitely dated. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable and gave me a back ache in the mornings. Hopefully they will change it to a better quality one. And the pillows were flimsy and sub-standard as well. Other than that, great location, great staff, average breakfast.

Location: 👍👍👍 very near to Guangzhou East High speed station Cleanliness: 👍👍👍 hotel is old but don’t worry the room very clean with no bad smell. There’s a Chinese restaurant just right beside the hotel.

An excellent hotel, has absolutely everything a weary traveler needs! The service at the reception was smooth and efficient. Our room was cozy, comfortable, imeccably clean and had all the facilities a traveler might expect. The bed was comfy, both the room and the bathroom were large and, to top it all, we had an excellent window view of Tianhe skyscrapers. The Canton Tower was also visible from the window. The breakfast was sumptous, catering to both European and Asian tastes. The level of service at the French restaurant was outstanding and the food yummi. Considering the level of service and comfort, we found the hotel to be good value. There is plenty of restuarants and stores outside the hotel and an attractive bar downstairs. Would highly recommend this hotel to any guests, both European and Asian!

The hotel is very cost-effective and the environment is very good. The room is clean and tidy, the accommodation is very comfortable, and the facilities are also complete. It is an old hotel with convenient travel.

First, you should know that this is not really a hotel. It’s more like renting small apartments. They are definitely luxury and contain everything you will need while staying in this area of Guangzhou.  Self parking is a little inefficient as the nearest parking garage is next-door below the mall area, but that can be convenient as well. If you want to eat there or shop we rented a two room unit which was very nice. It had a full master bath with shower and bath tub and a second bathroom, which had a shower stall, and Toilets with bidets. The breakfast is a little expensive for what it is and the layout of the breakfast area is a little bit awkward - a little difficult to find your food at first, but once you do it, you can learn your way to get your eggs or toast, there are many foreigners that go visit this hotel. My kids enjoyed the pool which the temperature of the water was perfect. I think this would be an excellent place to conduct private business meetings because the living area is nice with a comfortable couch a few chairs and a table with four chairs. We had a corner room had plenty of sunlight coming in and really enjoyed this day. Hope you do too. 

All is good ..stayed here for one week..the staff was very nice upgrade my room😍 and the cleaner aunty also nice..location also near halal restaurant..will stay here again next trip..

The hotel is safe, clean and friendly. In December 2024 there was construction nearby which made the windows dirty (I think), and basically it felt like no window at all. The hotel does not offer much besides rooms, but the location is amazing and I would still stay there again. The rooms are equiped with ”AI” which is not an AI but a but a system of managing lights and curtains. The shower plays music when it is working. The toilet may talk. I had fun! Disliked: We stayed in a Child-parent room equipped with another 1,5-sized bed for a child. This bed is low (which is good), but the mattress is very uncomfortable, maybe just old. I would prefer just two normal adult double bed instead. Next time will ask for that.

The environment is good and quite quiet. I have stayed here once before. I can see the attentiveness of the hotel staff. If you have a lot of luggage, they will ask you to arrange a room closer to the elevator as soon as possible. It is really heartwarming. I basically choose this hotel when I come here😊
