Hotel is situated in an excellent location, central to almost authorize area and with easy access to metro. The hotel was also a food habit with lots of street food with some even open 24 hours. Check in process for a bruise we booked three rooms and in order to put all of us together the hotel upgraded us to a better room type with rooms next to each other room or spacious and high-tech equipped with Xiao Du (the equivalent of Alexa for voice control).
Front desk was friendly and it’s always ready to help .
only gripe I had was that it seems that housekeeping only tidy the bed, changed the towels and clear out the rubbish during our entire stay, but did not upkeep the room cleanliness. Our room floors were still full of hairs and so is the bathrooms. Cups were also left as is.
overall is still a very good stay .

i early reached hotel about 6am and the male service desk very nice to arrange me free upgrade room and free breakfast that day . amenities top up every day with no miss.

Very convenient location, just outside subway station. As soon as you leave the hotel, food is waiting around the corner. It's located along food central. Staff are very friendly. House keeping aunty is very helpful and polite. Good breakfast, lots of choices and different daily. 30 mins to Yuexiu garden
15 mins walk to Beijing Road Pedestrian street..
Google maps doesn't seem to work well locating his hotel. We got lost 2x when returning from a short walk and had to jail a taxi midway.
Overall a very comfortable stay. We got a spacious bedroom with a good view. The duvet and bed are very comfortable. One thing I am not used to is the central heating at night which we cannot adjust in the bedroom, it got too warm to our liking so we opened up the window at night for some cool air.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! I checked in late (almost midnight) and a reception was available to check me in.
The staff are so lovely, they helped me install apps on my phone when I was having trouble. If you cannot speak Chinese I recommend that you install the WeChat app before you arrive to make it easy to communicate with staff.
The room was so large and beautiful. Everything is exceptionally clean and the hospitality staff are great. Breakfast was delicious. You can also have your online orders delivered to the hotel.
The location is great, you are less than 10mins walk to the station.
I will definitely rebook this hotel when I return to Guangzhou!

The photos are not accurate. Building. Lobby, rooms are not like what you see in hotel photos. I was surprised and disappointed! About 800m from subway station and quite far away from Beijing pedestrian street. Not sure why some reviews said it was walking distance! rooms still acceptable and quite clean. Disappointing. I feel some of the reviews are not genuine ones

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, especially for food lovers. There are countless tasty and authentic food stalls and shops nearby, all at amazingly affordable prices. As foodies, we absolutely loved it!
The room was spacious and comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The reception staff were kind and welcoming. While they didn’t speak much English, we had no trouble communicating using a translation app, so the language barrier wasn’t an issue. They even helped us find where to buy SIM cards, which was really helpful.
I also appreciated the little touches like free lollies and warm tea available in the lobby – such a nice gesture. The hotel also offers a washing machine, dryer, and detergent free of charge, which was a lifesaver for us since we travel light and have been on the road for weeks. It made a huge difference, and we absolutely loved this feature.
The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk (even for a slow walker like me) from Ximen MRT station. I even walked to Beijing Pedestrian Road from the hotel, which was a nice stroll. Overall, a fantastic stay – I would highly recommend it!
