I am satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel despite of other reviews i have seen. The staff were friendly and helpful. 1 thing that i think could be improve is the lift to the washing machine area. The lift is confusing if u are only having a short stay in guangzhou. But overall i had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to friends and family. I took a video instead of photo so heres a corner of the room.

Not easy to locate the hotel at first but realised soon enough that its location is not bad with bus services to connect to the underground just in front of the hotel. Journey time altogether (bus + underground) could be as short as just a bit over 30-minutes to arrive at city centre.
Helpful staff to help change the room with a poorly insulated window to another on day two.

The room is quite big. The hotel provides free luggage storage service. Especially the front desk lady provided great service and gave a small gift🎁

Family room, but the facilities are a bit shabby, there is no place to put things, just a table, two beds and a bedside table. The room smells of cigarettes. The administrator said that smoking is not allowed in the room, but there is an ashtray in the room, which means that guests are allowed to smoke. I hope to improve this aspect.
