I really like the concept and design of this hotel. When I entered the room, it gave me a feeling of calmness with its zen and cozy style. So practical and hotel staff are really friendly and helpful. I would come back again!

When we get there at the lobby it smell so good. The view from the room is also good moreover the room is so clean and very helpful staff

I like the hotel. The space is sufficient for me, and the common necessities like tooth brush and slipper, daily mineral water supply is available. Down side would be elevator waiting time, I stay at 41 floor, and usually have to wait 5 mins for the lift. The room also doesn’t offer in room wardrobe, iron and robe which usually are available. The hanger is open and iron is available at the laundromat. For the price, I highly recommend.

Comfortable stay and nice interior design. Fast check-in. Friendly staff. Most travellers seem like business travellers. Breakfast was nice. Free laundry with washer and dryer. Location is not very convenient (far from the metro) but you can easily get a cab online. Can walk to few malls within 15 minutes.

-SMELLY LIFT AREA -VERY BAD CLEANING STAFF CLEAN MANY TABLES WITH ONE CLOTH WITHOUT ANY CLEANING SPRAY LIQUID ， VERY DISGUSTING. MAKE ME WORRY ABOUT HOW THEY CLEAN UPS MY ROOM. -The cleaner took away the fruit bread while many guests still eating there. when around 9.30 am , I wanted fruit after FOOD BUT ITS ALREADY CLEARED. -Some still take fruit from cleaner trolley

Pros: smell of tea through your the lobby, nice comfortable hotel decor. Great in room facilities; bottled water, kids amenities and tea. Robots available to deliver your food. Nice modern security door lock. Cons: Difficult to communicate with reception staff if you don’t speak Mandarin Chinese as they don’t speak other languages. Lots of variety for breakfast but the food quality was average at best. The breakfast area floor was wet from the staff carrying dirty dishes, no one bothered to mop the floor and my little boy slipped and fell on the floor and his trousers were covered in the liquid. The hotel staff need to do better in ensuring the safety of the guests. The room was small for family of 3 and the bathroom shower needed a refurbishment as there were spots of mould on the walls with some broken tiles.

Many all season hotel. Need to be very specific when taking their Didi as driver go to the different location. Breakfast spread is good. Love the Chinese Breakfast Congee

Highly recommend! We stayed 6 nights and feels like home. Great amenities and excellent services. The room was very clean and has free laundry service. Receptionist was very helpful and polite. Kudos to the receptionist and cleaner. The only downside is the nearest MTR is 20 minutes away from the hotel but if you take taxi or “Uber” that’s won’t be an issues. Don’t forget to try the coffee on the ground floor level. - Store by .JPG Will definitely stays again when we come back to Guangzhou.

The Hotel is very clean and looks like brandnew opened we stayed for 3 nights. The Stuff also tried to help to us even, they can’t speak english, we used tranlate APP to communicate. There is a Laundry are with dryer, very convenient. The only bad point is, that the breakfast is just chinese, I couldn’t find western food. Overall very good stay in Guangzhou! 👍
