Hotel is nice, comfortable and clean. Some areas are newly renovated. Amenities were great. Staff 南仪 was very helpful during our 2-nights stay. Thank you

Good hotel, very clean, and the staff are amazing. But the location is a little far from the metro station

Horrible stay, robotic service.
1. Hotel has 3 floors under renovation so rooms are noisy from 9am-6pm
2. One of the two elevators is under maintenance. So the only elevator is shared among all guests, house keeping staff, restaurant customers (not a part of this hotel) and construction workers.
3. Receptionist informed me the above issues and proceeded to say if I'm not ok with the condition then he can refund me so I can go elsewhere. (Take your money and find a place yourself).
Whatever situation, they should have communicated beforehand via phone or email. The fact that they only told me at check-in was unacceptable.

The location of the hotel was convenient, close to city centre.
Hotel doesn't look good from outside but was totally fine inside, the interior was new and bright, room was with decent size and was very clean. Hope the hotel will keep the quality of the room.

There was construction at the hotel and the location was not close to the metro station.

Keep in mind that the hotel is undergoing extensive renovations. Extremely dusty, with drilling noises during the day. When we reported a strong smoke smell in the room, the friendly service staff helped us change rooms right away.

The service is good. It is only the appearance of the building is unclear. The bed and the pillow was good. The lobby looks little dirty. The room is clean. The hallway of the rooms are little smelly. They need to clean the ciggarettes near the lift more often otherwise it smells the hallway. There is no fridge or small safety box in this room. So we can put our fruits or valuable things inside the room.

I recently stayed at an apartment and had a great experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the kitchen had all the necessary amenities. The only downside was that the internet was a bit slow at times. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
