Had a great stay here! They allowed me to check in earlier and even upgraded my room, what a blessing 😇 The hotel room is clean and well equipped, except that there's no fridge inside the room. There's also laundry room and you can find a mini pack of washing powder in your room which is very considerate!
Although the surrounding buildings might be a little bit old, but the hotel is newly renovated, their lobby smells good 🥹(好想知道是什么香薰~ 除了有时候有住客在大厅抽烟很影响…).
The location is great! Just a walking distance to metro(鹅掌坦站) and many restaurants around, you can even find a 24hrs dimsum and Chagee/Linlee or steamboat!
Another thing worth mentioning is the restaurant staff is very welcoming and friendly! The Chinese breakfast was decent 👌🏻小姐姐还教我可以如何省钱还介绍菜品 非常棒的服务!
The only downside might be the soundproofing kinda poor.
大堂部分员工有些友善有些冷脸 但是不影响 可能外国游客较少所以登记什么比较麻烦就不太开心哈哈哈 尽可能不麻烦他们就行 绝大部分还是很友好 进出都会打招呼呢

This is my second time in this hotel but unfortunately this time service was not good they let me wait for so long to get my room, at first they said I had no room even if I show them my booking 😞😞lucky I got help from Ctrip customer service

The facility is clean. The staff are very polite and helpful. I haven’t tried the food in the hotel but I will try it next time. I was hoping for more equipments in the gym. The location is excellent.
