There were cockroaches in the room! I killed one at the toilet and later I found another one near the TV ! There was also other small flies in the room .

Convenience location with shops and mall nearby. Some shops open until late too. Like the coffee and soya machine in lobby very much. Staff is polite and helpful. However, the bathroom floor looks not too clean and with a bit bad smell.

Huge room and huge beds... but floor was dirty. Looked like it wasnt cleaned well. Looked for hotel slippers when we got into our room but could not find it. Called the counter downstairs, and the hotel staff was being rude. He thought that we could not find the slippers. The house keeping must have forgot about it. They did not even check the room b4 giving it to customers. At least the check out time was 2pm. Making our trip comfortable.

It's a twenty something floor business building that the hotel only rented floor 6-9 as the hotel. I booked 2 non smoking rooms. The front desk told me that all non smoking room were occupied while checking in! Unbelievable. It seems that Trip.com didn't have control of it. I got to the room, it stinks! I had to call room services to treat it. There was no bell services when I was checking out. A girl came with the cart that she looks so weak that I was afraid that she may get injurer by lifting my heavy luggage. Overall, the hotel is located in the great location but everything else were bad. I will not going back there.

I asked for western breakfast they told have I paid For 3 days but I couldn’t find anything for eating without eggs and apple All staff are can not talk English without Chinese They wanna help but by translation not enough communication

Convenient location. Although did not enjoy the facilities, overall experience is good.

Everything is fine for that money. Only if you're not a fan of Chinese food, you'll be in trouble because they don't have a western program. Only Chinese food. The good thing is that across the street there is a mall where there is a western market and you can get something to eat there.

This time is our 3rd time to leave The hotel still feel good But lobby the coffee machine is terrible

The hotel is not near the train station, room size is ok but with lot of dust. There is marks on the towel and shower holder is broken, guess they not bother to fix it. There is free soy milk and coffee right next to the check in counter which is tasty. Many restaurants and shop near by. I won't book this hotel again. Not up to standard for usd130.

Great location close to food and shopping. Easy transport options, hotel clean and tidy.

Location is quite far from the nearby subway station and the design of the hotel is not really good

I booked a family room with two double beds for three adults. However, to our disappointment that it was only good for people of the same sex because of its too open design. There was no separate bathroom. The partitions for the shower compartment and the toilet compartment were all made of transparent glasses which allow no privacy. Besides, there was no changing space in the compact open bathroom and you have to walk naked to access the towels in a shelf and get dressed outside the "bathroom" - embarrassed.

Clean and safe room, nice front-desk staff.
