The first hotel room we were given was not clean, prompting the staff to attempt to relocate us to a second room. However, the second room was subpar, especially when it comes to suitable sizes for families. The rooms were very small and did not meet the standard of cleanliness I expected. Furthermore, the breakfast options were limited, and the food seemed to be overly oily and not fresh. This was particularly concerning as a parent trying to ensure my family's well-being during our stay. Additionally, the kids pool was not satisfactory. The temperature was too cold, and there were identified safety issues that made us feel uncomfortable letting our children use the pool. I believe it's essential for your establishment to address these concerns to maintain a positive reputation. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and consider implementing changes for the future.

Hotel design is not bad but location is not very convenient if you do not have drive, breakfast is average. Bad thing about this hotel is the in room hot spring pool is not very clean and only allow one soak and chargeable for 2nd soak for 300Rmb which is ridiculous, better to use their outdoor hotspring pool which is far more better. Also the hairdryer is pathetic, hot air blow is so weak and doesn’t work well when drying hair.

The overall hardware is better than that of a guest house, the service level is higher than that of an express hotel, and the breakfast is barely at hotel level.
