The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, from the minute you get dropped off outside. The room was clean and we really enjoyed the breakfast. Thank you to Rachel and Yuki for being helpful throughout our stay at Hilton.

During my recent stay at a hotel, I had the pleasure of meeting two incredible staff members, 小林 and 小佳. From the moment I arrived, their kindness and professionalism stood out, transforming my experience into one I won’t soon forget. I arrived after a long day of travel, weary and looking forward to resting. 小林 was the first to greet me at the front desk. His warm smile and efficient service immediately made me feel at ease. He swiftly handled my check-in, and even offered a few local tips on nearby dining options. His knowledge of the area and willingness to help me navigate the city was remarkable. By the time I reached my room, I already felt like I had a trusted guide. Later that evening, I encountered a small issue with the air conditioning in my room. That’s when 小佳 stepped in. She was quick to respond and worked diligently to resolve the issue. What impressed me most was her attention to detail—she not only fixed the problem but followed up with a personal call to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Her genuine care for the guests made me feel valued. Throughout my stay, both 小林 and 小佳 went above and beyond, always available when I needed assistance. Whether it was arranging transportation or suggesting hidden gems to visit, their service was thoughtful and proactive. They didn’t just make my stay comfortable—they made it memorable. It’s rare to find such dedication and hospitality, and I am truly grateful to 小林 and 小佳 for making my stay so seamless and enjoyable. If I ever return to this city, I know exactly where I’ll be staying, thanks to their outstanding service.
