Good thing:
- A male staff member helped deliver the package to the room. His attitude was very sincere. I like him.
Bad things:
1. The vehicle charging area on the basement floor (B1 floor) had a strong urine smell, and the floor was flooded with urine and rainwater.
2. Due to the situation on the first day, I decided to park the car on the second basement floor (B2 floor) next day, but the entrance to the second basement floor was also flooded.
3. At life lobby (the 3rd floor), there was a large group of people taking wedding photos, and I thought there were no staff maintaining order. Many guests (15-20) are queuing up for lifts but blocked by them. After 5 minutes, a staff member came out from the crowd and told me to ignore the people taking photos.
4. Prior to check-in, I had confirmed with the hotel that I needed a room with king bed by message and phone call (I paid for a kind bed room), but they ended up giving me a room with two single beds (Room 1307).
5. The phone in Room 1307 could not connect to the front desk, so I had to go to the front desk in person to address the room allocation issue.
6. The front desk staff were unwilling to change my room, and the staff member told me that a "double bed" meant two large double beds. After showing them the confirmation message from the hotel of reserving the room with king bed, the front desk staff reluctantly changed my room to Room 1324.
7. The room size of the new room (Room 1324) was only half the size of the original room (Room 1307), which made me very unsatisfactory.
8. The lighting in the bathroom mirror of Room 1324 was broken and could not be turned on.
9. The water from the bathtub in Room 1324 was yellow in color, which was very disgusting. It was a rusty water.
10. There was only one chair on the balcony, and it would be more reasonable to have an additional chair.
This was meant to be a celebration of our anniversary with my partner, but the overall experience and impression were extremely poor. As a 5-star hotel, the facilities maintenance, hygiene conditions, and staff professionalism were not up to standard. The Guangzhou Yunkai Hotel that I stayed at previously was much better, at only a quarter of the price.
In sum, I would not recommend this hotel.
我是從香港駕駛203 公里到酒店渡假,先說好的,再說差的;
好: 有一個男職員幫我把快遞送上房間,他的態度非常好。
差:
1. 地庫一層的汽車充電區充滿著尿味,地下全都是水氹 (尿加雨水)。
2. 因應第一天的情況,決定把車停在地庫二層,但地庫二層的入口個很大的水氹
3. 3樓電梯大堂,有一大班人打卡,拍結婚照,我以為沒有職員維持秩序,5分鐘過後,有個職員在人群中走出來,叫我不用理會拍照的人。現在有15-20 住客等上房。
4. 入住前已跟酒店確認需要一張大床,而不是兩張單人床。酒店已回覆可以作出安排,但最後竟然是安排了一間雙床房(房號1307)。
5. 房號1307的電話無法連接到前台,需要親自返回前台處理房間錯配的問題。
6. 前台不願意幫我調房間,那個職員跟我說大床房說意思是兩張大的雙人床。但理論後,前台職員不情願地給我調房(房號1324)。
7. 調房後的房間面積(房號1324)只有原來房間面積的一半(房號1307),很不爽。
8. 房號1324 洗手間內化妝鏡的照明燈是壞的,無法打開。
9. 房號1324 的浴缸放出來的水是黃色的,很嘔心。
10. 露台只有一張椅,多放一張比較合理。
本來是與伴侶慶祝周年紀念,但體驗和感受都非常差。作為5星級的酒店,設施維護、衛生情況和員工專業都不到位。我住過的廣州云凱酒店比他們要好得多,但只是4分之1的價錢。
總括而言,我不推薦這一家酒店。
