The room had a pee and sewage smell. When we asked the cleaning lady for help because it was so smelly, she warned us not to go barefooted on the carpet because it was nasty. We spotted two cockroaches, one in the room and one just outside the room. The TV and wifi did not work for us, so we switched rooms. Initially the receptionist lied to us and told us there were no other rooms. However, the cleaning lady judged our room to be too inhospitable so she requested a room change for us finally. Still, the TV in the new room did not work and the wifi required a local phone number which we did not have. The cleaning lady used her phone number to help us. Throughout the stay, there was construction noise (drilling, hammering, people shouting), even until 22:30. In the hotel, people were regularly shouting and smoking. And one time, the cleaning lady forgot to clean our room for the day. Location was shady as we had to take a small backstreet to the location. Trains were noisy, running through the night and walking us up too. Some plus points was that it is close to the train station. Cleaning lady was a good one. Overall, a nightmarish and disgusting stay that led to sleep deprivation.

Regarding the problem that the room smelled of urine and sewage, the carpet was dirty, and cockroaches were found, this is a serious dereliction of duty in our hygiene management. We have severely criticized the relevant cleaning team and will immediately strengthen the cleaning and disinfection work to ensure that the room is clean and tidy without odor, and never let such a situation happen again. As for the receptionist's lie that there were no other rooms to change, which violated our service purpose, we will punish and retrain the receptionist involved accordingly to ensure that our employees can serve guests honestly and enthusiastically. Regarding the problem that the TV in the new room cannot be used and the wireless network requires a local number to use, we have notified the technical department to conduct a comprehensive inspection and improvement to ensure that the facilities and equipment in all rooms can be used normally, and the use of the network should be convenient and unobstructed. The construction noise continued until 22:30, and the shouting and smoking of people in the hotel affected your rest. We will strengthen the management of construction time and the maintenance of public area order, formulate stricter regulations, and ensure that guests have a quiet and comfortable accommodation environment. Regarding the mistake of the cleaning lady forgetting to clean your room, we will improve the supervision and review mechanism of cleaning work to avoid similar mistakes from happening again. Regarding the problem of the dark location of the hotel and the noise of the train, we will consider making better soundproofing in the room and inform guests of the surrounding environment of the hotel in more detail when booking so that guests can have a more comprehensive understanding and psychological preparation. We are very grateful for your recognition of the cleaning lady's service attitude, and we will encourage all employees to learn from her. Not really good hotel the only positive moment is that it's close to the train station

Impress with the service mind of the hotel staffs, kind and willing to assist. Location is good not far from Metro. Room is clean and cozy. However, has slight smoke odors in the room even stay in non-smoking room. Overall is good and will stay again in upcoming trip.

Near Guangzhou east station. Walking distance but need to walk on the road for part of it. No washing machine. So makes longer stays hard.

Located near train station within walking distance, but lift is a bit smelly probably due to cleaner also using the same lift to transport garbage. Overall service is ok and front desk provides temporary luggage storage service

Convenience location right next to the East station. Room show sign of aging, having noise from the ventilation system.

I think location is good, very close to the GZ East station, walking just 10 min, but I think the room is a bit small, also the wall is a bit dirty. hot shower is ok, air conditioning is ok, TV is ok. But i think the breakfast is a bit simple. I think the wall is a bit old, need to renew.

I liked this hotel. Hotel location near city center and metro station is located 200m. Hotel staffs were nice and flexible.

1. The name of the hotel is not clearly visible outside the building. 2. The rooms are smaller than it appears on the app. 3. The evaluation from visitors does not reflect the truth, as inside the room there is a code that you scan and write a good evaluation of the hotel, and in return they give you a discount for that exaggerated evaluation. 4. The breakfast is very poor, as it only contains 4 dishes in addition to some appetizers, and the place for breakfast is small and not elegant.
