Comfy apartment in a great location and just mins walk to the mrt station. Right within the central business district. Condo is slightly on older side but still considered Modern. Many food options in the radius of 1km walk. Plenty of banks and offices around.

This review is relative to what I paid. The apartment is decent enough, clean, no smell of smoke, quite spacious and the location is great for downtown - literally a few minutes walk from Zhujiang New Town station and 5-10 min walk to river viewing point of Canton tower. The landlady provides you with a map of how to access, which is fairly accurate, however the name in the description on Trip.com is not the name of the building (it's Leiden Sunshine Apartments) ... Obviously it's not Rosewood at this price point but it makes it difficult to find the property .. though if you are in the right vicinity, if you show someone the map, they should be able to direct you to correct building .. then you ha e to go to an office and they can call the landlady. They are friendly but there may be some difficulty in translations, so ideal to have a translator app handy if you don't speak mandarin. Other than that I think it was good for my one night transit, as wanted to explore the heart of GZ and this was central to what I wanted .. it's about 50 minutes from airport on line 3 (no need to change). Overall it's a good choice if you know above points.

This hotel has a nice environment and is clean. The butlers are nice, the scenery is nice and the price is not expensive. I will come back in the future.

The hotel is excellent. My room is a full-fledged apartment with its own kitchen, balcony, washing machine, etc. And at the same time, the hotel is located a 10-minute walk from the business center of the city with the most beautiful skyscrapers. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the metro. The owner of the hotel is very responsive and always in touch. I topped up AliPay several times. However, almost no English is spoken at the hotel. But through an online translator we communicated perfectly without any problems. Moreover, my room had two whole rooms and two large beds, despite the fact that I lived there alone. The only downside is the old refrigerator. Therefore, for the money, taking into account the location of the hotel and the quality of the rooms, the hotel is simply gorgeous.

I always feel that it is not very clean and the decoration is relatively old. If it is not for the visa, I probably would not choose this place. But the lady who helped me check in was very nice.

It's really comfortable and saves me the trouble of hand washing. The mattress is relatively hard, which is very friendly to those of us with weak waists. If you like a soft bed, choose carefully. The service staff were also very nice. They came downstairs to pick us up and went directly to the room. They also upgraded our room for free. We were very satisfied with the recommended Doudou morning tea! I will choose to come again next time!
