Nice hotel and near MTR, which is below the building. Big shopping center. This is loft design and not suitable for elderly as the bed is in the upper loft. Poor lights control as there is not master switch next to the bed. Super large screen, good for watch games.

It was convenient to move around as it was close to Korea Town. The interior of the hotel was clean and I would like to stay again.

Customer Service is very good. Up to midnight still can request assistance. Daily change of toiletries and towels and house slippers. Simple Make good bed and mop floors. WiFi is good. Only bad is the sofa at living hall not comfortable and very old spring lost balance. Both customer service girl ms liu and her colleague very very helpful and friendly. View is amazing.

Butler services is excellent! Again so much eatery just below, biggest plus is the metro just few hundreds metres from the apartment!

We had a very nice stay in this apartments.. the staff was very courteous and they went overboard to help us and provide things as we needed.

TV was not working. They came to fix but it doesn't work again due to poor internet connection . Hygiene was not very good as the cabinets in the toilets had a quite number of dead cockcroaches. The lifts in the building are always busy so do expect longer time waiting. Otherwise location were great and other facilities were good.

The location of this property is just above a very big shopping center. So guest staying in it does not need to worry about food and entertainment. However, as this is an executive apartment, there is no facility available for guest to use, not like a hotel. The room is like an apartment with a mini-induction stove and even washing machine for guest to use. The person in the front desk is very helpful and will try to make the guest stay as pleased as possible.

The experience is very good. I like the duplex loft very much. There is Tianhecheng shopping mall downstairs. It is very convenient to go downstairs for meals. It is cost-effective and very close to Chimelong. It is also convenient to stay here when attending the Canton Fair. It takes five subway stops to reach Pazhou Exhibition Center.
