I was saying before that this is a good location, but inside the office building.

Hotel it’s okay , but they no have tickets for the parking car. One day 120 yuan . Room small , but it’s okay , hotel but normal .

The staff were polite and welcoming. Quick check-in. Rooms are small but clean and have all you need for a comfortable stay. I would stay again next time

The walls need soundproofing as the plumbing pipes in different rooms make very noticeable nose every time someone is bathing or flashing the toilet. Cleanliness is up to standards except the used linen left on the hallways all the time. The staff needs to have someone senior to monitor as the junior team lacks a lot of decision making on enquiries...There is need of producing professional invoices for customer records...overally located at a very convenient place but not as per expectations based on the web designs.

The room is very good, the service is also very good, warm and thoughtful. The disposable items were automatically replenished after staying for two days. The location is very good! There are many delicious foods around! However, the breakfast is very average, it is not recommended to buy it.

This time I came to Guangzhou on a business trip, and I chose a hotel close to the conference venue. The hotel has good facilities and services, is clean, has robots delivering items, has a rich breakfast, and is surrounded by business districts.

There is a parking lot downstairs, but it is not very noisy. The walls are not soundproof. The people in the next room talking and watching TV are so loud that I can't fall asleep. The air conditioner is not clean and has a peculiar smell. The audio player at the bedside has a hissing sound all the time. There are multiple air conditioner outdoor units hanging by the window, which is quite noisy. The front desk service attitude is OK, and breakfast coupons are given. The room hygiene is also good.

My daughter and son-in-law came back from abroad to travel to Guangzhou and booked this hotel. The hotel has a good location. At first, we chose the Linglong King Room, but the double bed was only 1m5 wide. Because my son-in-law is a foreigner and taller, the hotel upgraded him to a superior king room for free. Both my daughter and son-in-law were very satisfied.
