房間離鍾落潭地鐵站五百多米，步行十分鐘，性價比超高，周邊超市，餐館都有，服務熱情，貼心周到。房間很大，衞生間乾淨

參加考試的學校在這附近，所以選擇了離學校比較近的這家公寓，樓下就是便利店。 空調熱水都有的洗澡很方便 坐了一天的車住進去就可以洗澡老闆還把熱水器提前開好了，房間也很大，這個價錢能住到怎麼大的房間還是很划得來的，性價比相對來説比較高的，感覺還不錯的一次入住。

進入房間前門後面有煙頭 房間衞生情況很不好，廁所外面很臭，很吵不隔音，住了2晚，一晚完全沒有熱水，期間還有停電半小時來電，床很不舒服 嘎吱嘎吱聲音
