Picked us up from 人和地铁🚇 and sent us to the airport at 1am. Perfect for late flights or early arrival. Basic but sufficient amenities. Clean. Communication through WeChat and trip platform was also smooth.

Clean and nice hotel, stayed there one night, friendly staff, looks close from the airport but it took time to get there from the airport, a bit noisy because of the plains.

location is near to airport. free pickup from airport and drop off at airport/nearest metro. close to 2 very good food locations, recommended by redbook app. bed was super comfortable. aircon was powerful. stray cats walk in and out of hotel lobby. will rec others.

Location is further from the city, have to travel abit but everything is good.

The room we got is the same as in the picture. It is very spacious and relaxing. It was really nice. We got picked up from the airport for free. Breakfast is not a lot, though. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Good location, near airport. Hotel provides shuttle service to airport and Renhe station. Value for money. Will definitely consider returning to NEYA on next Guangzhou visit.

It was an amazing experience in the hotel Neya for 2 nights, very comfortable and clean, as well as, nice behaviors from the reception to the workers, they provided all the facilities such as, pick up service and dropping service from hotel to Subway and vice versa, also from Hotel to airport. I highly recommended this hotel, it deserves more than 5 stars 🤩.

I recently spent four nights at this hotel, and altogether, I had a good experience. This hotel's close proximity to the airport is one of its main benefits; it's quite handy for those with early or late flights. I was happy to discover that the hotel provides a dependable pickup service, which made my arrival stress-free even though arrived late at night. Room is very clean, hotel’s inside very interesting and look attractive, and has button service that is convenient for foreigners who is not able the Chinese. And beside the station has a lot local food and fruit.

Very convenient if you are traveling to or from the airport as they provide free pickup and drop off service. Exceptional customer service from the staff. Very punctual reply whenever we WeChat them. Breakfast was served at another hotel nearby but was delicious with a good spread. Room was clean and surprisingly quiet even though it was near the airport. Room was a bit small but does the job for a short stay.

Nice staying in hotel... Location is not so great... For the late night travellers from airport it is good option
