It is around 15mins to the airport. Very convenient if you are staying a night for transit. Hotel provided free airport transfer. Before arriving, contacted hotel via network call (avoid overseas call charge) and hotel provided their wechat account to connect with the shuttle service arrangement. The room is clean and comfortable. We got a room with cigarette smell, and hotel immediately charged a new room for us. Good services. Nearby also easy access to food via walking.

Neya hotel served my families well by having the warmest welcome even we checked in the early morning on 23 Dec starting from their shuttle bus pickup to the registration receptionist. The cleaniness of the room is very hearty. We will strongly recommend to our friends that visit GuangZhou.

Upon arrival, was a little disappointed. The hotel didn't impress as it faced a car park and not brightly litted. The reception is small too. But going up to the room, it looks new and modern so for just an overnight stay is okay. Free airport shuttle which I think is standard for most of the hotels here. Location is good, can't hear airplane noise and walking out to the main street a few mins away, there are many restaurants.

24hours airport transport, provide transport to metro station too (book in advance). Clean, no strong smell of smoke. Provided hot welcome drinks and mineral water at lobby.

It’s 20mins ride from airport to hotel (at 7pm)/ less than 10mins ride from hotel to airport(at 7am), tried to call to book for airport transfer using the free internet call but the line was not good. But later they sent me message provided me WeChat number to reach out for transfer booking. There are plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance, there’s also a 24/7 dimsum restaurant just next to hotel. Room was ok (didn’t hear plane sound), water pressure is strong, lady receptionist was a bit cold in my opinion but it’s alright. It’s good for transit sleepover.
